The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. Light-filled basement apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for 1-2 guests. Extremely cozy, clean, and comfortable. Our family lives upstairs, which can lead to a little noise. The apartment is below our home so we can only accommodate guests on the reservation. The neighborhood is quiet but the Dekum Triangle is about 3 blocks away and is bustling with places to eat and drink.
