Modern space with nice touches. Super convenient and easy to book. I would definitely stay here again if I'm traveling through Marfa.

Loved this place! It was super convenient to town and I loved getting to walk out across the street to the juice stand. All the amenities at the property were great too. I wish we could have taken advantage of more but it was a bit too windy when we visited. I also loved the touch of the record player with a few vinyls to listen to in the room. We really enjoyed that. Great place to come with a group if you each want your own little space because there’s a few rooms to book!

Really nice place. Perfectly located so it was easy to walk most anywhere. The whole property was very nice.

Beautiful accommodations. We loved the large, private outdoor space. Sauna was amazing. Great location. Walkable to “Main” Street, including Saint George pool (get a day pass for $30!). Great, flexible hosts.

This home was exactly as pictured on Airbnb and has a carport to protect your vehicle. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood with rockers and a porch swing to enjoy. It is also in a convenient location to parks and attractions in the general area. The host is very friendly and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay! Holly replied to messages promptly, was helpful and friendly. We would love to stay there again.

The house has a ton of charm and was perfect for our family of 5. Loved the projector screen downstairs - fun for something different. The lights took some guess work, but part of the charm!

This is a great location to explore Alpine and Brewster County, day drives to Marfa, Davis Mountains, Terlingua, and the National Park are easy from here. I've stayed at this house 5 times, very comfortable inside and out. Kathleen is a great hostess. The house is well equipped, kitchen, laundry, entertainment, two nice bedrooms.

Can’t say enough great things about nicks place. Very comfortable and spacious decorated with cool art and an excellent back yard. The only thing I would have to say is there was no TV which is not necessary but I do prefer for news and weather. Nicks kitchen had all the gadgets and was perfect for cooking!

Truly an amazing AirBNB and management company. The size is perfect for a solo traveler (I was there with my dog) or a couple. Beautiful space, clean, well maintained, great value. I had everything I needed for a 3 week stay. The location is incredible - you're a block from Marfa's city hall. On the rare occasions I asked for support from the team, they were always instantly there and on top of it. If all AirBNBs were run like this one, traveling would be so effortless! Truly appreciate y'all.

Clean, spacious and lovely place, with plenty of amenities and essentials from cooking supplies to toiletries to linen all neatly organized for use. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet and peaceful, and we had a great time at the Big Bend National Park knowing that there was a comfortable home base to return to Trichia was pretty responsive, and friendly as well! Would definitely recommend.
