Super cute authentic cozy little cabin with hot tub! Little Bear Cabin is tucked away in the very popular Upper Canyon area, very close to Mid-Town, only 1.5 miles away. The cabin is near a river/stream as well near all the shopping, restaurants & a short drive to Ski Apache & Inn of the Mountain Gods casino. You will love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, it is quiet and peaceful. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Lots of hiking areas nearby. Studio style, level entry, open floor plan w/ a SMALL loft, perfect for kids to play. Sleeps up to 6. One bathroom w/ double sink. Kitchenette has fridge & microwave, no stove. Beautiful views w/private access to Bonito River right off deck.This area doesn’t flood. Covered area for parking.

One bedroom with queen, also a sofa bed in the living area that connects w/kitchenette. Save money by cooking in. Balcony looks out on trees with a creek and ducks below. Electronic lock access for easy check in/out. No WiFi. Condo does have heating, cooling, fireplace, cable, towels, and plates/pans/utensils for cooking.

In the winter, wrap up in a cozy throw by the fireplace! Great for couples and relaxing getaways; NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.
