Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit sehr guter Anbindung: Die S-Bahn ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und führt direkt zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Innenstadt und Hafen sind mit dem Auto in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze sind nicht auf dem Grundstück, aber direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos und zeitlich unbegrenzt auf dem Rondell verfügbar. The window front can be opened completely. The refined kitchen features a portafilter machine and Bora Professional System with Teppan. The surround sound system provides a special sound experience. On the second floor are the three bedrooms and bathrooms and an open salon area.

The flat is located in the beautiful district of Nienstedten with a nice view into the park, 150m from the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station. From there you can go directly to Altona station (8 min), to the city centre (20 min) and to the airport (45 min). Cars can usually be parked within walking distance of the house. Many parks (Jenischpark, Westerpark, Botanical Garden, etc.) and the Elbe River are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are easily accessible.

The charming 56m2 house is a former artist studio which offers the perfect combination of urban flair and tranquility. The house impresses above all with its amazing location. Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.

Hej, Willkommen in der blauen Perle Altona. Eine ruhige, stilvoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung mit einem verwunschenen Garten und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Und dennoch mitten im Geschehen. Die Elbe um die Ecke, Geschäfte und Restaurants um die andere Ecke. Alles da. Ich freue mich, wenn Menschen in meinem Zuhause eine schöne Zeit in Hamburg verbringen.

Hier gibt es alles was man braucht, um einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Hamburg zu verleben. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Optimal ist eine Belegung mit 2 Erwachsenen + 1 - 2 Kindern. Das zweite Bett ist ein Etagenbett. Unten hat es 1,20m x 2,00 und oben 0,90 x 2,00 m. Der obere Teil ist für Kinder von 6-12 Jahren geeignet.
