Det är gratis att parkera på gatan precis utanför huset. I huset finns två uppsättningar av babysängar, stolar samt lite leksaker.

Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Sjön Uttran är en avlång sjö som sommartid inbjuder till bad, fiske eller kanske bara en mysig båttur. Vintertid kan man vissa perioder ta en promenad, åka skridskor på isen eller varför inte ett uppfriskade bad i en isvak.

Härligt minihus på 30 kvadratmeter,, byggt 2022 och ligger på en fastighet med ett större hus som bebos av en familj. Boendet erbjuder ett fullt utrustat kök med ugn, mikro och kyl/frys. På loftvåningen finns en 160 cm säng, bäddsoffa på nedervåning. Närmaste pendeltågstation är Älvsjö och närmaste tunnelbanestation är Fruängen. Båda nås enkelt via en kort bussresa. Med bil når man centrala Stockholm på 10 min. Ingen rökning tillåten i eller utanför huset.
