It is approx. 700 sf of living area that includes a private entrance, private bathroom, kitchenette, and lounging/dining area and comfy queen size bed. Enjoy our shared backyard area with propane BBQ grill, and an outside fenced in patio with outdoor furnishings, surrounded with a rose garden and shade trees.
