I had a wonderful stay in July. The house is well-located between Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. it is very clean and furnished nicely. The back yard and pool are sheltered and beautiful. The owners were very helpful and responsive.

Eden’s home was a wonderful escape from NYC for our family. The house was clean and spacious and located close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. Checkin instructions were clear, and host communication was great. We will definitely book again!

A lovely, updated ranch house with extra rooms in the basement and a spacious back deck and yard. The house is so close to the beach, quiet and secluded.

Enjoyed my two-night stay at the house! I had a private room and bathroom and the host did not interrupt me during my stay. They left breakfast for me each morning which was a really nice touch.

Doreen’s place is lovely. She is a warm and hospitable hostess. She went out of her way to locate her “pour over” for coffee. She offered to drive me to the train. The room and private bathroom were bright and well appointed; there were treats in the room. The house is on a quiet street and has historic charm. Highly recommend.

Nele has the gift of refined hospitality complimenting the style of the beautiful home and garden environment that she and Paul created. You will have calm and color ..so many shades of green, just walking to your door. Everything inside has been thoughtfully provided for guests’ care and comfort. I had a wonderful stay, relaxation, nature fix & good conversation. I came back to the city feeling fully restored.

Perfect place for my husband and I, our twins and my dad to stay for a family wedding. Would love to come back and just explore the awesome area in the future!

Mary Ann’s home is a beautiful gem in the right spot. Perfect for birding, a short walk to the beach, or a quick drive to the wineries. Mary Ann was respectful of our privacy, was great at communicating, & always kept us in the loop. She is the ideal hostess & I would definitely recommend her place. We had a fantastic time.

What a perfect spot in Shelter Island! Beth and team were amazing - we were visiting one night for a wedding on the island and the ceremony was at 2 PM the day we were arriving. I messaged Beth and she was extremely helpful with providing early check in to ensure we could get ready prior to the event! The actual B&B is beautiful - fantastic design, super clean, cool art and the backyard area with the pool is so dreamy. There is even a little workout area near the pool with a Peloton and a Lululemon mirror. Its a short drive from the North ferry, lots of restaurants and cafes and only a short walk to the beautiful Crescent beach. It is such a serene setting and I truly feel like I am on vacation.The room was beautiful and the bed was comfy, I am OBSESSED with the hand soap and have to find it for myself because it smells SO GOOD! I would 100000% recommend staying here and I will definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay. Centrally located between Southhampton and Westhampton. The property was renovated, spacious, and clean, with beautiful views of the bay. The hosts were friendly, communicative and helpful. We will be back!

My friend and I came for a baby shower weekend. It was absolutely my best experience with any Bed and Breakfast/Air bnb ever! She could not have made us more comfortable and at home. Her garden is absolutely incredible- I could not stop taking pictures of every corner! Even inside her home is full of antiques with a story behind each one! I cannot wait to have another girls weekend here. It is also perfectly located to walk right into town!

This property and its location in the Hamptons is perfect. And Monika goes long past the extra mile to make you feel properly “hosted”. Beyond that, the AirBnB review character limit prevents me from doing justice to how truly extraordinary Monika is as a host or how equally wonderful the property is to experience. Sufficed to say, this was the best AirBnB experience we have ever had anywhere, period, full stop. We will absolutely be back.

Jayne was beyond accomodating. We felt at home from the minute we walked in the door. The amount of care and love taken on this home is unmatched. We loved lounging in the yard and reading, enjoying breakfast on the patio (including fresh tomatoes from the garden!). An absolute haven.

What an amazing stay and such fabulous hosts! The home has so much charm and character with exquisite detail and high end amenities. Mark and Johnny went above and beyond to make our stay incredible! When I left, I felt like I was leaving my family! I can't wait to return!
