Es un lugar precioso en el Lago de Izabal. La playa se ve dorada; la casa se mezcla perfectamente con el paisaje. La casa es muy cómoda, diseñada para disfrutar cada espacio mientras se disfruta de la belleza del lago. Tiene muchos ambientes por lo que la hace ideal para grupos grandes; muchas cosas para hacer dentro y fuera de la casa. Muchas gracias por la atención y cuidado.

What a beautiful home! We had a lovely stay. So much to see around Rio Dulce! Gabriela was super helpful—always responsive and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend her home, it’s perfect for a group gathering like a family or friend reunion!

Cocoplum Condos are great. We have stayed at over 20 condos in the past few years. The pool area is our all time favorite. It has beautiful trees for partial shade and is next to a lovely sand beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had a car rental and Herbert sent directions to the condo and was waiting for us when we arrived. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the peaceful surroundings when we weren't in the pool or hot tub! This is a perfect condo for two couples or a family with children.

Natalie house was the best place. We did not spect what we get. The house is beautiful, big, amenities was more than we think, also the forest she has are beautiful and so accessible we rented the house for my father that he needed to go than the house was the because is accessible to a person is in a wheelchair. Also they have a couple that help at her house, they are wounded full. We definitely will come back. The house-is the perfect place to stay if you want to have a good time. The pool= is a plus because you don’t need to go anywhere. The forest= is the best. My recommendation is 100% because you everything. Thank you Natalie & Mrs. Miriam

El lugar es bello. Ambientes amplios. Bello para pasar tiempo en familia. Piscina amplia. Tuve mi boda ahí y la volvería a hacer ahí sin dudarlo. Cómodamente se hospedan 27 personas.

This was our first trip to Belize. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed fishing from the pier, swimming in the pool and kayaking. The villa was comfortable and clean. It has all the necessities and comforts of home. Herbert was very responsive to our questions including the staff who made us feel welcome. I would recommend a vehicle to go into Placencia. We did book several excursions and they picked us up at the Villas. Highly recommend staying at the Villas at Cocoplum! Carla L.,

What an absolutely amazing experience. We were not sure what to expect when we arrived because it looked a bit disheveled, but soon we found out they were replacing the thatched roof on the communal palapa. What a cool thing to watch. Those guys are artists up in the structure with giant palm fronds. In just one day the place was back to beautiful shape. Our cabana was so cozy and comfortable with everything we needed. The outdoor shower is very cool and not an experience either of us had had before. Haven't slept so well in a long time. Marisa and Thomas are wonderful hardworking people and very attentive. We cannot say enough about them and their beautiful resort. Thank you for making us feel at home. We will be back!

Gozamos la estadia en la casa, es hermosa y los niños estaban encantado con los kayak! Dormimos super bien y las instrucciones para llegar nos ayudaron encontrala sin problema

I've stay before & now it's not exception, very nice place to get relaxed and be in peace! This time with family and my 2 dogs. Everyone enjoyed the place and all the paths are beautiful, there's a deck just by the lake shore. Definitely going back!

Eine überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Inhaberin. Im Einklang mit der ruhigen Natur leben und eigne Produkte der Farm zu genießen waren für mich das highlight. Die Abgelegenheit war gut mit dem Fahrservice der Farm zur Straße zu überwinden. Es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht mit allen die auf der Farm leben und gerne würde ich zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt, wenn es hoffentlich nicht mehr so viel regne,t wieder kommen.

Excelente lugar, muy privado y cómodo. Apto para viaje de negocios o trabajo. Un lugar muy limpio cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer la estadía muy amena. Con gusto recomiendo este alojamiento. Gabriela y su familia muy amables y responden muy rápido.

There were 12 of us that stayed for about 6 nights. The staff was extremely accommodating and respectful. Brenda came every day to clean up/make our beds/and do our laundry. Manuel was our chef and did an amazing job. Even tho we came in the rainy season, we had full sun during most days. It was very well worth it and I’d recommend to anyone with a large group staying in Placencia :)

We stayed for one night on our way to Copán. We would definitely book there again. Everything was great.

Ich habe eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht, da ich spät abends angekommen bin und am nächsten Tag meinen nächsten Flug hatte. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, es gibt heißes Wasser, Seife, Duschgel etc. war vorhanden. Der Gastgeber hat mich hat mich am Flughafen abgeholt und am nächsten Tag wieder hingebracht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr sicheren Gegend und es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreich sind. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.

This beachfront Airbnb in Placencia, Belize, is a fantastic choice for a peaceful getaway. The location is perfect—steps from a private beach and close to the village. The house was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with a lovely patio overlooking the ocean. Rene, the host, was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Highly recommend :)

Phil's place is a great location for exploring Belize without the tourists! Centrally located in the southern part of the country, it was within an hour of great little villages like Placencia, Dangriga and Hopkins, as well as the mountains and cayes for hiking, zip lining, snorkeling, caving...you name it. It's off the beaten path, nestled in a reserve so be prepared for driving on dirt roads to get there, but hey, it's Belize, so that's common and you'll get used to it. We drove from Belize City so didn't take up Phil's offer to rent his personal Jeep, but you'll definitely need an SUV (that's all rental companies provide anyway). It's a good place to stay if you are allergic to tourists and want a nice quiet, peaceful home with all the amenities....but close enough to drive in for dinner or drinks with expats or tourists if you get lonely. Phil's house was super clean, safe, beautiful, comfortable and well provisioned. We stayed with our two teenage boys who loved the pool and the beach club with access to the ocean, paddle boards and kayaks. We had it to ourselves most days! There is no cable TV (which we loved) but Phil's got the most amazing collection of movies (1,000+) so you won't be bored (movie night was every night!). Since it's a bit remote, you likely won't be going out to eat every day, so stop by a grocery store in any of the towns on the way in or the surprisingly well-stocked store on the community, including a case of Belikin beer in a returnable crate (THE beer of Belize).

Hemos estado unos días en la casa, lugar muy tranquilo para estar con niños está bien la piscina, la zona es tranquila y sin ruidos. Llegar al lugar no fue difícil, la casa es completa las camas muy cómodas, descansamos muy bien, es una casa donde puedes descansar y desconectar en vacaciones. En la cocina tienes de todo para poder cocinar, cuenta con hamacas, zona para jugar al fútbol y barbacoa.

The place is clean. With necessary supplies and appliances. Its got wifi too. Gated community so you wouldnt worry about safety too much. A nice resort is right in front of the gate. I could not ask for more.

Ce séjour chez Javier aura été le plus marquant de mon voyage de 3 mois au Guatemala. Tout est conforme à la description, la beauté du lieu, accessible uniquement en bateau, la vie paisible des habitants de ce village Quee chi, la rivière et sa piscine naturelle, les oiseaux... Et Javier, sa gentillesse et son attention, sa bonne cuisine et ses balades pour découvrir la région... Je me sens "chanceuse" et j'espère vous donner l'envie de venir aussi vous déconnecter dans cet environnement unique !

Victor's home was very nice and the location is hard to beat, just a short walk from a beautiful beach. The beach is not full of crowds like the public beach in Tela. There are several restaurants within a short walk. The house, itself, is also very pleasant, with a beautiful pool. Each bedroom has is its own bathroom. Just be aware that the upstairs bedroom has no door. The only issue was that it was difficult to find the house because the Google Maps link leads you to the wrong place. But Kevin was extremely responsive and even led us to where we needed to go. Kevin was also incredibly helpful in finding the supermarket and giving advice. I would definitely recommend Victor's house and would be happy to stay there again. Thank you Victor and Kevin!
