I’m emotional about leaving this absolute treasure of a rental- wish we could stay forever. We booked Darley’s on the recommendation of well-traveled local friends who literally *moved* to Hilversum after staying here and told us it was the best Airbnb of all time. (These friends also know that I’m finicky about vacation rentals and generally prefer hotels.) I’m SO glad we listened to them. This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful, well-appointed, lavish, thoughtfully stocked, gorgeously furnished, comfortable Airbnb ever, and now I’m probably ruined for all others. It could have been half as incredible for twice the price - we’d still be delighted. I’ve never felt more at home while traveling. We had all the privacy, comfort, provisions, fresh flowers and fruit, random fun perks, great water pressure, immaculate cleanliness, inspiring corners, luxurious linens, and other copious supplies we didn’t know we needed. Thank you, Marielise, for the Airbnb experience of a lifetime. WOW.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alphabet Apartments! The apartment itself was spotless and exactly how we expected it to be looking at the photos. The only downsides I will say are the door-code is a little temperamental when entering the building/apartment and we were expected to clean dishes and linen (which we were happy to do!) but weren’t provided with dishwasher tablets or laundry tablets.

Very nice appartment with excellent equipment-and a very friendly and helpful host. Highly recommendable. Absolutely enjoyed my stay.

We had an excellent stay at Bruno Residence. Marjolein is a lovely host. She accommodated our request to drop luggage off early, and helped us along the way with some technical issues unrelated to the apartment. The apartment is great. Tons of natural light. It's the last apartment on the floor so it's dead quiet. The kitchen had just about everything we needed for a long stay (4 weeks). The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. Perfect water pressure in the shower. Reliable WiFi. Perfect for a long stay. Hilversum is a gem. Lots to do and see. Tourist Info (outside the rail station) was very helpful; lots of ideas for what to see in and around Hilversum. Market days in Hilversum are Wed & Sat.Plenty of fresh fish, veggies and fruit, delicious cheeses and fresh bread. Easy rail access to all the major tourist sights. Bike rental close to rail station and TI. We did not want to leave. When we return to the Netherlands, hopefully Bruno Residence will be available.

Heerlijk verblijf! Alles was schoon, goed geregeld en op een top locatie. De host was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!

Lejligheden ligger et rigtig god sted, tæt på indkøb, by og togstation. Billederne matcher det man møder, hvilket er super rart! Kæmpe anbefaling herfra, hvis man ikke ønsker at bo inde i selve Amsterdam!

To była nasza pierwsza podróż z dziećmi. Onno postarał się aby niczego nam nie zabrakło! Piękne miejsce i okolica. Las, cisza, spokój ale też blisko żeby dostać się do różnych holenderakich atrakcji i większych miast. Bardzo miło wspominamy nasze pierwsze wakacje we czwórkę, dziękujemy Onno!

Lovely and helpful couple with the most adorable little dog. The neighbourhood is really quiet and peaceful, but yet within easy walking distance from all the restaurants and cafés. There are plenty of parks nearby, for running or calisthenics.

Das Haus liegt in einer tollen Gegend, man ist schnell in Amersfoort und Utrecht. Es ist geräumig und hat alles, was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist groß genug, dass Kinder spielen und auf dem Trampolin springen können. Die Vermieter sind gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Es kam am ersten Tag gleich jemand vorbei um uns bei einem Problem zu helfen. 👍 Einziger Minuspunkt: die Wände sind sehr dünn und hellhörig. Leider hört man in den Schlafzimmern auch die Nachbarn sehr gut, wenn sie draußen sitzen und sich unterhalten. Für empfindliche Ohren ist das Haus zur warmen Jahreszeit dann vielleicht nicht die optimale Wahl. Alles in allem aber eine Top-Unterkunft und sehr zu empfehlen!

Dit huis is niet alleen van alle gemakken voorzien, maar heeft ook een heel warme uitstraling. Dit uit zich in de materiaalkeuze, vormgeving, verrassende elementen, heel goed bed en een foto achterwand in de slaapkamer die je echt moet zien. Veel zinnige boeken als extra. Wij kwamen om uit te rusten van een verbouwing en wij hebben echt genoten. Bij vragen kon ik echt bij Rik terecht en reageerde hij snel. Wij komen graag een keer hier terug.

Tijdens de paasdagen 3 nachten verbleven in het huis van Mariëtte. Voor aanvang gaf Mariëtte ons duidelijke instructies over het huis en tips om Amersfoort te ontdekken. Het huis heeft een mooie keuken, ruime woonkamer en een badkamer met een fijn bad en ruime douche. Wij hebben alles lopend gedaan en waren met 20 minuten in het centrum van Amersfoort. Mocht je de kans hebben om dit huis te boeken zou ik het zeker aanbevelen.

Echt een warm, gezellig en knus huis. Super schoon allemaal en eigenlijk leuker nog dan op de foto's. Ik had bijvoorbeeld de douche in de badkamer niet goed gezien op de foto's - maar ook die is prima in orde dus. Ruime dubbele slaapkamer en een kleinere enkele slaapkamer boven, beneden ruime en goed uitgeruste keuken, eetkamer en zithoek. Prima verwarming in alle vertrekken, snel zelf te regelen, dus geen kou geleden! Ze hebben ook een kleine tuin, en die is lekker bijna rondom het huis gelegen. Best veel privacy binnen door mooie aanplant buiten. De Vermeerstraat is wel een relatief drukke straat - ik had geluk omdat die op dit moment afgesloten is voor doorgaand verkeer ;-) Naar het centrum loop je zo'n 20 minuten, de andere kant op ben je al na 10 minuten in een mooi bos. Kortom - prima locatie en absoluut een fijn huis! Kan het iedereen aanraden.

Lizette was very responsive and communicative. The house is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The kitchen requires some fixing but overall the stay for family 2+2 was more then comfortable. The house is nicely furnished and located in a very quiet and narrow street, close to the shop and small local center. There are few small kids playgrounds as well but you definitely need a car to move around. Amersfoort center is 15 min drive. Our host left toys for our kids which was really nice :) Kids room is more for younger kids as the two beds are very small for 7 years old. If you are looking for a comfortable family place I would recommend to book this property.

Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays. I enjoyed the location, house decor and design, and the atmosphere. The host was my best host to date. She was over the top helpful and super kind. Pictures don’t do her place justice. It’s a cute little space!
