A delightful home tucked away on the edge of Amistad National Recreation Area, and just a stone’s throw from downtown Del Rio. We booked fairly last-minute in order to have a place to stay to watch the solar eclipse and Katherine got us right in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay. Emanuel is an amazing host. Home is amazingly clean, spacious and was perfect.

El lugar es bellísimo, lleno de naturaleza, mucha area verde, tranquilo y sin ruido, no hay personas ni carros por las calles, el alojamiento es demasiado cómodo y cuenta con climas en cada habitación, el patio limpio y bonito, sin duda volvería a hospedarme

The property was located within a stone’s throw of Las Moras Creek. The furnishings and decorations were thoughtfully placed, and felt like we were in a resort in Havana. The kitchen bar area and comfy stools were a great place gathering and relax. We’ll definitely be back!

Agradable lugar para una estancia corta. Se describe muy bien en el anuncio. Fotos que coinciden, funciona muy bien el clima y las amenidades básicas necesarias. Me gustó que tenía agua potable, plancha de vapor y unas cortesías. Ya pocos te reciben así. Así que muy bien.

Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The home was stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Laura’s instructions with photos made it easy to find our way even though it’s in a pretty remote location. I’d highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

This place was so amazing! I loved the house, the river in the back was great for fishing and swimming, but the blue hole was breathtaking! Locals were very friendly at the blue hole met lots of great people We did have to drive to Uvalde to buy soap, shampoo and conditioner but that’s ok
