Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt mitten in den Teeplantagen 🌿✨ Unsere Zeit in der Tea Cabin in Ella war einfach wunderschön! Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in den Teeplantagen und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick ins Grüne – perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der stilvollen Einrichtung, der tollen Terrasse und dem traumhaften Pool. Leider hat das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt, aber selbst im Regen war es ein Erlebnis! Wir haben es uns in der gemütlichen Badewanne mit Blick nach draußen gutgehen lassen und am Morgen sogar einen Pfau auf einer Palme beobachtet – einfach magisch! Wer nach Ruhe, Natur und einer einzigartigen Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diesen besonderen Ort nur weiterempfehlen.

Grande propriété dans la nature au bord de la plage (très belle). Jardin arboré avec une grande piscine. Climatisation dans les chambres mais pas dans les espaces de vie (ventilateur). Gardien très gentil. Il y a un chenil avec deux chiennes adorables. Douches top. Pas de cuisinier mais un supermarché à quelques kilomètres ainsi que des spots de surf. Seul bémol l'odeur de l'enclos des vaches à côté du chenil peut-être désagréable a certains moments de la journée.

Just incredible! We kept extending our stay! This is an absolute hidden gem of a place with views to die for. The cabin is so beautiful with huge windows and lovely character. The bed is so comfortable too. We had three very friendly dogs keep us company and the neighbours cat! Watching the storms from the upstairs window was incredible and seeing fireflies in the trees was so magical! Sidhu kindly ordered us local breakfast from town each morning and had it delivered to us. He is the most helpful host and always responds quickly. He really goes out of his way to help you and messages to check you’re ok and if you need anything each day. The cabin is truly a place to relax, unwind and you can spend so much time just staring at the view and watching the wildlife (birds, monkeys, frogs!) I would love to return someday. We had such a wonderful stay. The home was so clean, very modern and very spacious. The host was super friendly and very very quick to cater to all our needs. We felt very safe and comfortable. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning so the house was not hot. Our stay was very enjoyable and exceed our expectations 😁

A perfect place to stay just outside the busy centre of arugam bay. A bit far to walk but easy in a tuk tuk or a rental car to the many surf spots or the centre. The house is beautiful and peaceful with areas to relax on the ground floor with friends. The highlight of the booking and what really makes it worth the money is Mita - a local friend of Nicola’s who looks after the property during the day and, if you ask nicely, can help you with anything you need. He made us an amazing bbq in one of the evenings and prepared the best breakfasts for the group every morning. Thank you Nicola and Mita! We will definitely be back soon!

Our stay at the Treehouse in Ella was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. The place is made entirely of wood and gives you that authentic treehouse feel - it’s cozy, rustic, and perfect if you’re looking for something unique. It’s about a 7-minute ride to the main happening spots in Ella, and the hosts can easily arrange tuk-tuks for you. The views from the treehouse are absolutely magical, especially when the mist rolls in and covers the mountain tops. You can even spot the train passing by in the distance, which adds to the charm. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The bathroom didn’t have a jet spray and the door couldn’t be locked, which was a bit inconvenient. There were also no curtains on the front glass door, which compromised a bit on privacy. Still, the charm and uniqueness of this place made it worth it - it felt like a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. Definitely a stay to remember!

Es war super, die Inhaber sind sehr nett zu mir gewesen, die Unterkunft liegt in einem Paradies aus Pflanzen und die Aussicht ist Wahnsinn. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in toller Lage mit den hilfsbereitesten und herzlichsten Hosts! Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll gestaltet und man hat einen schönen Blick ins Grüne. Die Hosts haben uns wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegegeben. Die Hosts sind hervorragende Köche konnten in der Unterkunft ein sehr sehr leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen zu uns nehmen. Dieser Aufenthalt war ein absolutes Highlight auf unserer Sri Lanka Reise und wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Home away from home ! A family home built to showcase Sri Lankan ancient architecture provided with all the luxury you are looking for a very comfortable stay ! All the rooms and other areas are very spacious. Cleanliness is maintained to the highest standards. Communication with the host is very easy. Delicious food prepared by the caretakekers (two lovely mothers) was so nice. Our group will remember the motherly care offered by the caretakers with all the fond memories of Badulla. We will recommend this place for groups looking for peaceful, comfortable, safe and lovely accommodation in Badulla. Marina Primali
