Sleeps 3 with a double bed and a single bed. Kitchenette with running water and gas hob, separate fire pit/BBQ area and outhouse with toilet, sink and heated shower. There is a small wood burning stove in the Shepherds hut with kindling provided. Towels and bedding are also provided.

Our studio apt is in the heart of Carraroe, 10 min walk will get you to the village where you'll find pubs, restaurant, shop, chemist and library, there's 4 beaches, the unique coral beach ( Tra an Doilin) is only a 3 minute drive or a scenic 20-25 minute walk ,well worth the walk, 10 min drive will get you to Ros a' mhíl (Rossaveal) port where you can get a ferry to the Aran Islands, we have high speed internet in the apt, you can catch a bus frequently to Galway city down on the main strip

Set in the splendid isolation of South Connemara, Keeper’s cottage is one of two neighbouring cottages in the grounds of Fermoyle Lodge, a Victorian fishing lodge built in 1875. Close to coral sand beaches and lakes, yet within 40 minutes of cosmopolitan Galway City, the cottage is perfectly positioned. Great hiking, boating and a good choice of restaurants/pubs with live music are within a 15/20 minute drive.
