The place was exquisite and so well kept. The host was extremely sweet and check in was super easy. I would go there again honestly. Loved every bit of it.

Loved the place in itself. Felt like home straight away. If you’re looking for some peace this your place. My only issue was the condition of the roads leading to the property. Especially with an infant it was nightmare to get in and out. So we decided to spend more time at home, which was definitely worth it.

The whole experience from enter to exit was really amazing. We stayed in villa 20C for one night. The care taker Mr. Prem was very hospitable and took great care. Mr. Maqbool the manager was very warm , explained all about the property and made our check in and check out super smooth. The views are amazing. Property has a beautiful club house, coffe place, wood fired pizza, amazing in house food, pool, tt, kids room and what not. Highly recommended and great for family or friends. Five stars well deserved.

Mandeep is a great host , very helpful and responsive and flexible with your request. The place was squeaky clean and comfortable. Friendly nature easy to talk to and very welcoming and accomodating. As a female staying alone I felt very safe , I recommend.

Pine basera is a beautiful villa, it is very clean and maintained really well. Anshul proactively helped us with everything during our stay. Anshul, his cook and caretaker make a very warm team who make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Finally, the views from the property are just breathtaking and they made our stay really memorable.

It was great to reach at Sohil’s place after a week long vacation in the mountains. We were tired because of hikes and were finding a nice peaceful place where we can rest before moving ahead to Gujarat (home). It was clean and neat. The access was easy. We felt home immediately. We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay! Gaurav and the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable—from tracking our location for a smooth arrival to helping us load our bags on departure. The property is tucked away in a beautiful, private location with every amenity thoughtfully provided. We were a group of 10, including small children, and each of us was looked after with genuine care and attention. Every room is spacious, uniquely named after a flower, and beautifully maintained. The food was exceptional, and the patio offers a breathtaking view. Plus, the location is just 10–15 minutes from Mall Road, making conveniently close to the main attractions. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene, well-serviced getaway. A big thank you to the entire team!

Karans apartment was so clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Karan was quick to respond, he msged us to see if everything was okay and even asked if we wanted cleaning during the week. Location was perfect as well. I highly recommend Karans apartment and will definitely be back!
