We loved our stay at Dujardin's property. The unit was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Waking up to the sunrise views over the valley from our bedroom and balcony was a daily highlight—a picture-perfect way to start the day. The pool was another standout feature.

Our group had a lovely stay at Jose's. It was clean, comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, and the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Jose was responsive, proactive in offering information/recommendations, and welcoming. I would return in a heartbeat, and recommend it to others just as soon.

Pasamos un fin de semana increíble en esta casa hermosa. El lugar es perfecto para familias: hicimos barbecue, pescamos, usamos el kayak disponible en la propiedad y hasta preparamos s’mores. Hay muchos juegos y actividades, los niños se divirtieron muchísimo! Sin duda, un lugar al que queremos volver. Gracias Pedro!

Excelente ubicación, cabaña muy acogedora, Luis fue muy amable y respondió rápido a todas nuestras dudas y teníamos todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar en el lugar. Lo recomiendo 100% y es muy céntrico el hospedaje y los lugares de interés para visitar están muy cerca ya que queda cerca de la avenida principal.

I went to this place by the sea to escape the cold of Boston, my employees and my kids :) Single Dad of 3 young kids. I needed down time, solitude, freedom from constant interruptions. I am glad I found this spot. Right on the beach, surfing right out front, Sandy Beach less than 100 yards to the left, a nice isolated walk along the beach to the right. Lots of surfers when surfs. Fun to watch and join. The house is comfortable. You sink into the porch, probably where I spent my most time. The kitchen seems to have all new pots, pans, cutlery... A beautiful modern stove, dishwasher and an airfryer! All the pots and pans you need as well. Huge TV for movies. The beds are comfortable, I slept in both :) This place is a hidden gem. If you are looking to get away from it all this is the place. If you are looking to bring your kids to a great spot, this is the place. I'll be back with mine, they insist! It's also VERY reasonable for what you get.

El departamento de Víctor es muy bonito! El entorno es muy tranquilo y seguro. Al llegar, fue fácil el ingreso, estaba fresco, limpio y ordenado! Realmente se sintió como estar en casa! Sin dudas volvería al departamento de Víctor! Muchas gracias!!

What a great find! Right on the most beautiful beach. Walk to a super cute coffee shop, a bakery, and a few local restaurants. Hosts were very responsive. The Poza del Obispo is a 5 minute walk down the beach as well. AC cranked. Great shady spot to chill right on the beach. First morning, saw a sea turtle swimming along with us.

Vicky and Mike couldn’t have been better hosts! The house was spacious, clean and quiet! Close to everything! The hosts were quick to respond to every question we had and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood beach was about two blocks away and has a great little food spot right on the beach!! Try Pizzería Estela!! Eat their food, drink their drink and listen to their music all while watching the sunset! The house was more than enough space for our family of four. Bathrooms were clean and the outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach! Rincon was awesome and we’d definitely stay at La Casa Sunshine again!!

El lugar es cómodo, tranquilo, con hermosa vista! Excelente para disfrutar la montaña y el mar, que son las dos bellezas de la isla en especial Rincón. Y pude llevar a mi mascota, cual también estuvo cómodo y relajado. Misión cumplida!!! La pasamos muy bien….! Gracias de nuevo!

The house was very prepared for the blackout. There was no disruption in service with electricity or water. You just needed to be mindful which was perfectly reasonable. The meal plan available was delicious. Very responsive and Rincón is great!!

Beautiful location - right on the beach! Walk down the road to grocery store and some restaurants/food trucks. House is as described in photos. Carol (and Sebrina) are very responsive. We ended up arriving VERY late, (after 2:00 am) but had no issues getting into the house, the instructions were very clear, and we felt safe. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials (they have coffee filters and spices/cooking oil). There are beach chairs and a cooler! As mentioned in other reviews, the house is not soundproof - and the neighbors dogs wake up early! I recommend a sound machine or ear plugs in the am! But the neighbor in the blue house is very friendly and will even share her homemade custard! We look forward to returning and exploring more!

amazing stay in a perfectly quiet neighborhood outside rincon pueblo, perfect location. the house was immaculate and we appreciated the flexibility and communication for seamless check in. the view was stunning, the house was perfect for 3 ladies, and we were in love with all the intentional details that had been put into the design and styling of the house. we will be back!

The place was great for my family, and looked exactly as described. Spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms gave us the comfort we needed. The host has been helpful, responsive and waited for us till late in the evening to handover the house to us and make sure we’re all set. Location is close to Rincon downtown and the lovely beaches. Outside is a bit dark in the night, but the neighborhood is safe. Wi-fi working absolutely fine but can be improved for upstairs. Thank you for hosting us. I would recommend.

Our family has been traveling to Rincon for years and this was by far the best spot yet! The pictures can’t quite capture how unbelievably beautiful this home is. We have young kids and Lala Beach is our favorite. This home is essentially Lala Beach and being able to set-up for the day just steps away was such a huge energy saver and made each day that much more relaxing. The beach is calm and it felt super private - some of the best swimming on the island! And the beds were SO comfortable, yes! The house, including the kitchen, are fully stocked and we had everything we needed for fun in the sun. There was an island-wide power outage but since this house is solar powered we barely noticed and continued to have a great trip. Our host, Janet, was kind, responsive and accommodating. We truly couldn’t have had a better experience and can’t wait to return!

This is my second time staying at Greg's place. I love the place, beautiful location, extremly peaceful. I will stay again.

My family had the most amazing time staying here. The view was beautiful. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. The location of the home was close to everything we wanted to do. It was paradise and our host was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone.

Amazing. Pictures don't do the house and pool justice! Pool and backyard are like a private oasis. House is large and well equipped. Location is great. Walkable beach and groceries and a million other things.

Came to PR during the island wide blackout and the property was 100% equipped to handle it. The generator powered AC units in each room that cooled within minutes and we were super comfy/cool our entire stay, even with no island power! We had lights, microwave and fridge/freezer all with generator! They also have a water tank so showers were also available. Marta was AMAZING with her instantaneous communication with us. I had extra questions to help us navigate the blackout and she responded immediately. The little touches like the cooler, beach chairs, fins and snorkels and adorable beach towels for our use were so helpful. You can walk to Red Flamboyan restaurant which was delicious and you can walk down the hill to a beautiful beach that’s almost a hidden gem - way less populated than other beaches we visited. Also by that walkable beach is a delicious taco stand for lunch! Close to everything- downtown w shops and restaurants about 10 minutes by car. Everything was super clean!

Quedamos fascinados con la casita. Fue perfecta para mi familia (incluyendo dos niños), quienes disfrutaron al máximo la piscina. Mientras nos hospedamos ocurrió un apagón en la Isla y Ricardo fue muy diligente y comunicativo, Nunca estuvimos sin el servicio ya que la casita cuenta con energía solar. Panadería, gasolinera, restaurantes y playa cerca. Definitivamente la recomiendo

Loved everything about this place! Beautiful, clean, didn’t want for anything. Jeff and Rae were sweet, hospitable, and caring! I hope we can stay here again in the future!

We found the place to be exactly as pictured and described. Location was convenient, but some parts of the neighborhood were not appealing. A/C Kept us cool at night and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and the pool table. We spent more time outside than inside, and it was a perfect place to spend time outside. It was very lush and green and inviting. We did a a good bit of cooking and the kitchen worked well for us, though it was warm (we expected this based on the listing, so not an issue). We met Becky and Manuel and they were so very kind and helpful, and recommended some good places to eat. Only issue was mosquitos inside the house when we arrived, but this improved after a day or two, and I think probably isn’t specific to this house, there’s just lots of mosquitos in the area in general. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and it is a cute and cozy place.
