Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Alaskan log cabin/pano mt+water views/eco-friendly

Stunning log-sided cabin built in 2019 sitting on exposed granite bedrock with panoramic mountain & water views. You'll have private use of the entire cabin, including 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, a dresser and large closets. You'll enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Cook Inlet and Mount Susitna and, on clear days, part of the Alaska Range, two volcanoes and downtown Anchorage. Convenient for Anchorage area activities/adventures and a great staging location for day trips north or south.

Denali View! Sauna! 1 mile to Glen Alps/Flattop TH

Lone Pine Cottage is nestled against the Chugach State Park. Walk out the front door and explore the meadow of wildflowers below, or the forest next to the cottage which leads directly into the Chugach. The Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead is 1 mile up the road and provides easy access to amazing hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing, climbing, and skiing adventures. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Denali/Mt. McKinley, “Sleeping Lady” (Mount Susitna), and the Anchorage skyline from 1600ft elev.

Creekside Chalet is nestled in the forest near Peters Creek in Chugiak, 25 minutes from Anchorage or Wasilla/Palmer. A peaceful & unique retreat just minutes from hiking trails, lakes, winter skiing, & access to Chugach State Park. This property offers wi-fi, large TVs, a full kitchen, open living space, washer/dryer, & private bedroom with blackout curtains. Enjoy a wrap-around deck with outdoor dining & forested pathway to fireplace overlooking the creek. Winter use requires AWD/4WD vehicle.

Ravenwood Suites

We aim for you to feel as though you’re visiting family. The property features a spacious yard with a swing set & sandbox for kids. Pat may greet you on arrival & is always happy to share his love of Alaska & local insights. Guests enjoy fast Wi-Fi, convenient laundry access, & the chance to see local wildlife right outside the back door — moose (often with calves), ravens, Steller’s jays, squirrels, & on rare occasions, a bear. We also provide plenty of resources to help you plan your stay.

One of Anchorage's more unique homes with absolutely unbeatable views of the Cook Inlet, Sleeping Lady, Downtown Anchorage, Mt. Foraker, and Denali! In the famed "Bear Valley" neighborhood, where the bears are your neighbors :) This location will require a rental car but serves as a breathtaking retreat that's central to exploring Anchorage and its' surrounding areas. Close by are trails, a park, wildlife and plenty of privacy and space to enjoy your Alaskan getaway with friends and family.

The cabin is conveniently located between Alyeska ski resort and Girdwood town square (next to Girdwood Brewing Company!). Thoughtful and modern amenities with a log cabin design - attention to the small details. Romantic retreat or family vacation; sleeps 2 couples or a family of 4 comfortably (additional guests upon request). Ideal for Alaskan adventures - skiing in winter and hiking/glacier/wildlife sightseeing in the summer. A-Chalet welcomes you as you explore the beauty of Alaska!

Alaskan Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy studio feels like a peaceful cabin with the amenities of a home. A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.

Magnificent View Chalet

Cozy, family friendly Chalet in the beautiful South Fork Valley of Eagle River. If you are looking for a 5-Star Hotel, this place is not for you. What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

5 min walk to Flattop Trailhead! Aurora! Sauna!

Nestled in a forest of Mountain Hemlocks hundreds of years old, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 5-6 minute walk from the Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead providing the most direct and easy access to Chugach State Park. There are endless possibilities for hiking, climbing, and skiing from the house. Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.

Modern colorful "sweet"

Your private “sweet" is through the home's shared entry. The house is 5.1 miles from ANC airport (13 min by car or approx $20-$22 Uber/Lyft/taxi). Fred Meyer grocery is .7 mile away (15 min walk); Costco is 1.7 miles. Behind your interior “front door” is your Queen bed; TV room; kitchenette; and bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and the best backside feature ever: heated bidet toilet. I live and work upstairs. There's plenty of space for all.

Small efficiency apartment located above the garage of nice home located two blocks south from the west end of the Anchorage Park Strip. Private entrance and private space. View of Chugach mountains. Walk to downtown or coastal trail. Queen bed. Jacuzzi bath. Cable tv, Apple tv for streaming, and wi-fi. Washer and dryer. Toaster oven, coffee maker, and fridge. Coffee and tea provided. Does not have a full kitchen.
