Beautiful chalet, beautifully decorated and spacious. There was a lot of things provided such as toilet roll, teabags, dvds. My son is a full time wheelchair user and found it easy to manouver the living space. The outside seating area is lovely. The chalet site was super quiet, any other holiday makers and locals were very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Marilyn’s place is great for a short stay. Ideal for couples. Immaculately clean. Easy walk to beach and town. There is everything you could possibly want in the chalet. Tea, milk and biscuits a nice touch! The toaster was causing problems but as soon we alerted Marilyn she popped in with a new one. Great service.

A great place to stay which ticked all our boxes. Good parking , peaceful area , good size rooms , lovely garden. A short drive to Cleethorpes, going through lovely villages to get there. Deborah was great with answering my questions . Definitely will return

Claire has a beautiful home in a great location. The home was spotlessly clean and Claire had added thoughtful touches such as a welcome basket and recommendations for places to eat whilst there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked for longer!

Alexa's house is light, airy and very comfortable. Enclosed garden good for playing with our dog and sitting in the sunshine. Mim's ice cream parlour, the deli, the lifeboat inn and the coast path are all a short walkable distance. We are all very keen to visit again.

Perfect accommodation for a us as a couple with a dog. Peaceful, clean with everything you could need provided and only 5 mins to the beach, cafe, shop and bar. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect accommodation, excellently equipped to a high standard, with attention to detail on everything you would need during your stay, including welcome drinks, cereals and snacks. The views out onto the garden and further to the golf course were delightful, with a secluded patio area and a short walk into the town where excellent there are restaurants and shops. Michael was a very welcoming host, responsive to EV charger questions prior to arrival and providing helpful advice on the local area and best places to eat. We will definitely be returning for another stay - thank you so much Michael.

Comfortable, bright and very spacious apartment. Attractively furnished in retro style. Very comfortable beds with very good quality bedding. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely convenient for public transport with bus stop just outside the property and small, wellstocked Tesco store next door. Generous welcome basket provided.

We had a lovely weekend, the perfect location to explore Louth which is a beautiful and friendly town. Peaceful walks from the doorstep. Guy’s place is very comfortable and has everything we needed, we felt completely at home. Highly recommended, thank you Guy and Julie

We had an amazing stay here over Easter weekend 2025. The apartment is absolutely perfect, set in beautiful surroundings and has everything that we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay with our dog. We enjoyed some local walks and tried out a couple of restaurants, both of which were great. The bed is one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in, making for a great night’s sleep. We made use of the gym which is very well equipped and we loved the thoughtful mini hamper of food, both were a complete bonus! We couldn’t have asked for more and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you! 🤩

We had the most wonderful stay at 1 Glenesk. Everything was perfect in this quirky apartment and Harriet, the host, was extremely responsive to any queries. Comfy bed, cosy lounge and perfectly situated to enjoy the delights of Woodhall Spa. Can’t recommend enough. 5 *****

Lovely flat well furnished and laid out. Everything you need for a stay to explore the area. Tesco Express next door, local amenities and places to eat close by, beach 20-30 minutes walk away and bus stop over the road. Would definitely stay again :)

As soon as we got in, John and Jessica made us feel at home. And it turned out they lived in the same place as my parents, so we all bonded over that! Overall, just very pleasant and homely.

We had a fabulous stay. The accommodation was lovely. It was well equipped and beautifully decorated. Caroline provided tea, coffee and milk upon arrival. She even baked us the most delicious lemon drizzle cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. The accommodation was a very short walk to the beach and local amenities. Caroline gave us some excellent recommendations for dog friendly pubs and restaurants. We would definitely visit again.
