If you are into major shopping, Turkey Creek is only 8.4 miles away. 3 1/2 miles away is the Univ. of TN Arboretum. There you will find unique plants and trails.

Parking for two or more vehicles. Only two adults live in the main floor of the house.

Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.

The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

Please note that this is a basement unit in a historic home. Because of the age and original construction of the house, some sound transfer from the upstairs may occur when it is occupied. Quiet time in the upstairs living room begins at 10:00 pm.

The surroundings include over an acre of thickly wooded area with ample parking for both cars and boats. About one half mile down the road is the very upscale Twin Cove marina. We do not allow animals.
