Perfect spot for me and my 12-year old son. We loved staying at Katy's while visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. I felt safe and right at home. I loved seeing the chickens (yard raptors the sign said, lol) and the chatty goose. I enjoyed the private balcony and the listening to the babbling brook. I sat out there in the rain just listening. We look forward to visiting again. thank you Katy and family for a wonderful experience.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Nut Farm", a beautiful property in Seymour, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the serene landscape. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We highly recommend staying at The Nut Farm property if you're looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Seymour, Tennessee. We can't wait to return!

There's no place like home.... Except for Davy's! Our five star stay began with Davy being extremely helpful and understanding when our check-in date fluctuated. We approached midnight and into the morning hours traveling to Davy's, and he never once missed a message or had any issues with our ever-changing plans. Upon arrival we were upgraded to the apartment downstairs as he felt the space would be more accommodating for our needs. Throughout our stay Davy and Julie never missed a beat. My husband immediately enjoyed the lake front and it's abundance of food fishing. The canoe on site was just he needed to fully enjoy all Norris lake had to offer. The space was fully equipped with anything and everything we needed in our Month long stay. I enjoyed relaxing in the massage chairs so much so, my husband decided to enjoy them a time or two as well. The sense of home and family we felt at Davy's made us sure to return in the future... Julie and Davy: not only great hosts... now friends

We stayed in this cozy cottage on our recent trip to Knoxville for a UT college tour and football game. The location was very convenient for accessing the north side of Knoxville and avoiding most traffic related to the game. It was only about a 15 minute drive, but being on top of this hill in the woods of Fountain City made you feel you were worlds away. The views of the mountains in the distance were beautiful. And my teenage son enjoyed the tennis and basketball court. If we had had more time I would have loved to make use of the firepit. Oh, by the way, the bathroom is indeed tiny but the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot!

Perfect location for Dragon goers. A great split between remote and still close to town. Unit is well equipped for a multiple day stay. The car port was great for keeping my car covered and a good flat surface. Hosts are super friendly and respectful.

Our stay here was so wonderful! Everything was as described. The bed was super comfortable, the view of the horses next door was incredible. I loved sitting out on the deck and just being able to peacefully sit. Everything was spotless, clean and Troy was very friendly and welcoming!

Forest bliss was a magical experience! From the time we arrived, every experience on the property was enchanting. The fragrant smell of roses and peonies were heavenly while we marveled at the beautiful backdrop of magnificent trees every single day. It was simply a piece of green heaven.

Wonderful 2-night stay at the Salt House. Lisa responded very quickly to my initial inquiry allowing for a short-notice check-in which was very helpful. The place is constructed and furnished with superb quality and attention to detail and highlights Lisa’s impeccable taste. It is very quiet despite being right off a fairly busy road, and the surrounding fields and mountain views are beautiful. I enjoyed coffee outside each morning just taking in the peaceful countryside. Lisa was friendly and provided a couple of helpful recommendations. I very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

First time in Tennessee and it did not disappoint!! I wanted a scenic view , peaceful area and something near everything but not too busy . Jenna's place will give you exactly that . Place matched the pictures. The neighbors are very nice too . I hope to come back soon !! Me and my family truly enjoyed this place !!

This was an absolute perfect stay! They were the best Hosts that provided literally everything! If you are looking for a homey beautiful private get away with all the amenities this is the spot. The views are breathtaking. You feel like you are in a fancy new tree house on the mountain. Brian and Lise were very friendly and we felt right at home. We will most definitely be back for a longer stay. If you are looking for a place to stay that is private with a view but close enough to all the fun stuff in Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge to drive there for the day this is the spot. Thank you again for everything! Our anniversary stay was fantastic.

We came to town for a short getaway and a show and the place was great! Close to a lovely strip of shops and restaurants, all walkable but parking wasn't a [problem either. Excellent location extremely close to downtown, but it felt quiet and secluded. The pool was a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Gloria's place was perfect for our trip to Walland for a big family Thanksgiving. My favorite part was sinking into the comfy mattress with the soft duvet at the end of day. The apartment was so cozy and comfortable with great decor. We loved the electric fireplace and the well stocked kitchen. A perfect place for two, hope we can stay again.

The location was beautiful; convenient to the main road but isolated enough that I felt like I was at a cabin retreat. I only wish that it was warm enough to sit on the back porch and drink some coffee and completely forget civilization was right down the road! There was some inclement weather during my stay, but with the single car garage allowed my car to be protected. All the amenities were provided and I was even able to do a load of laundry so I would be ahead of the game when I returned home.

We had an amazing stay at Janie’s place! From the easy check-in process to the quick communication, everything was seamless. The space was beautifully maintained, and you could tell they’ve thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved spending time on the river—it was the perfect way to relax. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

A great little place convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, away from the usual traffic and quite peaceful.

The most precious cottage. Would for sure return here and told all our friends about it too! The cottage is so homey and comfy. They have truly thought of every little touch. Fresh baked scones and farm fresh eggs upon arrival. Every bit of it was prefect. The master bed was really comfy and loved the view of the birds from the birdfeeder outside the window in the master room and then the goats grazing by the pond in the other. The couch was comfy and we were able to connect to our Netflix for movie night. Cannot say enough wonderful things and hope to stay again next time we are in the area!

Tonys place is currently going through some renovations (deck and pool) which took longer than expected to be completed therefore we were not able to use those amenities but Tony immediately messaged me in enough time to cancel and rebook somewhere else. Tony worked with us and we decided to stay at his place. The place was very clean, my kids loved the foosball table, and all the movie selections available. I appreciated Tonys quick responses anytime we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and bathroom had enough towels for everyone to use. The downstairs bathroom had a really nice shower head. I'm pretty sure once the renovations are completed and the weather is warmer the deck and pool will look amazing. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to use the outdoor screen but it looked really cool.

Felt right at home. Messages from the host around check-in time set clear expectations that the host would be available if needed. There were no surprises compared to the listing. bathroom/laundry room was well set up and there were a few extras available in case you forgot to pack something (not saying what, if you forget something that's on you.) House rules and checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow, which resulted in no problems with the neighbors.

We loved staying here so much and Pamela was so awesome! This place was so clean and decorated so cute! She seriously had everything you could think of and the little details just show you how much thought and care they put into this Airbnb for their guest. We will definitely stay here again if we ever make if down that way again and I would recommend this to anyone and everyone if you are thinking about staying here.

I had a great 4-week stay at Juan’s place! He was always quick to reply and very helpful. He picked me up from the airport when I arrived and dropped me off at the bus station when I left, which was a huge help. The apartment had everything I needed for a long stay, and I felt right at home. There’s also a nice coffee shop within walking distance. Juan and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I’m back in Knoxville!
