A estadia foi excelente! O local é muito bem localizado, o que facilitou bastante nossos passeios. O espaço era exatamente como nas fotos: super aconchegante, limpo e bem organizado. Sempre que precisei de algo, a anfitriã respondeu prontamente, com muita simpatia e disposição. Recomendo e, com certeza, me hospedaria novamente!

Apartamento amplio, limpio y moderno, con todo lo necesario y todo funciona bien. Gracias a Roky por su hospitalidad y rapidez en las respuestas, el sr Dario excelente persona, muy bien con la carpa de playa. La vista al mar es espectacular desde el balcon. Cerca hay tiendas y supermercados, 7 dias maravillosos.

This location has a private beach and is walking distance to restraunts, marina, and Playa Flamingo. We wish it had a pool. AC and WiFi were good.

Great location if you're looking for a more authentic beach experience. Pochote is a small fishing village with a great beach. Nice clean fenced in yard. Everything you'd expect in a cabin. We went on a boat tour with Raccoon Travels (picked up at location that's a 5 min walk down beach). Good communication. Good value.

Foi uma das nossas melhores experiências pelo Airbnb! Limpeza da casa espetacular, cheirosa, roupa de cama ótima, camas confortáveis, distribuição da casa maravilhosa e super bem equipada. Estávamos com bebê e tivemos tudo o que precisávamos, berço, banheira, piscina sem cloro. Enfim, só elogios para este espaço maravilhoso a poucos metros da praia. Voltaremos com certeza!! My husband and I took our first family vacation with our 2.5 year old son, and Pedro's home was the perfect family-friendly location. First, the home itself felt even nicer than shown in the pictures. The home was spotless, spacious, and included everything we needed for our stay. Our toddler was delighted by all of the beach and pool toys on the property, and the pool has a large shallow ledge that made swimming much more accessible to him. The pool was cleaned every morning by the groundskeeper who was very friendly. The property is fully gated, and we felt safe and comfortable knowing that Pedro and his wife lived on the third floor, and the groundskeeper also lived on the property. That said, our stay still felt private. The location and views simply cannot be beat. Each evening, the sun sets directly in front of the property over the ocean. Playa Hermosa as a whole was quiet, calm, and welcoming, and I'd argue that Pedro's home is the best property there.

Beautiful off the beaten path home next to the beach. House was beautiful with air conditioning that helped on the hot and humid days. Beach was just across the street which was nice though rip tides were possible so had to swim during certain times of the day to avoid them. Jefferson was always responsive with anything we needed and even offered to do laundry for a small fee which was nice and convenient.

We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

My family stayed here for a brief stay and it was amazing! The pictures were spot on to the actual in person view! The inside of the home was large, clean and just beautiful. Plenty of room for us all! The private pool was an absolute gem to have! Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved staying in Karen and Chiri’s beautiful home. Karen met us at check in and was very friendly and welcoming. She was kind enough to bring us homemade banana bread and delicious local blue bananas. The house was very private, tastefully decorated and felt quite safe. The backyard pool and view from the bedroom balcony were our favorite parts. The kitchen was well stocked and had all necessary amenities, bed was comfy. The house was within walking distance of the beach and several stores and restaurants. Highly recommend dining at Los Almendros, Karen and Chiri’s restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

This was by far one of the most beautiful AirBnB's we've every stayed at. It really felt like a mini resort. We had two families, and everyone was able to have their own room and space. Most of our time was spent in the gorgeous pool or in the outdoor kitchen. The pictures are accurate, but everything is more wonderful than the pictures. There is wildlife everywhere - gorgeous birds, geckos, howler monkeys down the street. The pantry off the kitchen protects your food, and we had no problems with bugs (we were told it was the time of year). We did have a couple of friendly birds that begged for food, but they were amusing to watch. The location, though remote, is in a gated community and was very safe. It was only a 10 minute walk to a beach that seemd almost private...not more than a few dozen people at a time on a beach that had to stretch for a mile. Do not hesitate to rent this place!!!

Our family of five (with three kids under four) had the most incredible month at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, with a breathtakingly gorgeous beach just steps away. We felt completely safe the entire time, which was so important with little ones. The house itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the wonderful staff. Maureen, the housekeeper, was incredibly helpful and kind, making everything seamless for us. And we can’t recommend Domingo the cook enough—her dinners were a highlight of our trip! We used her services every night, and every meal was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a stress-free, beautiful getaway with top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be! We can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay at El Remanzo. The location is incredible, wonderful views, and the house is super comfortable. We were a big group with multiple children, but felt totally comfortable and safe in the area with our kids. Would absolutely come back here again!

Le séjour a été parfait! La cabaña est très confortable et bien équipée. L'ile est tranquille et agréable, nous avons adoré en faire le tour, profiter d'un bon restaurant le midi et trouver de quoi cuisiner dans le logement le soir. Tous les jours nous avons profité de la pluie tropicale bien à l' abri sur la terrasse en contemplant la nature de notre hamac! Steve et Victoria ont été des hôtes adorables, toujours réactifs à nos questions ! Merci beaucoup, nous aurions dû réserver 2jours de plus!

I recently stayed at this wonderful beach house, and it truly exceeded all expectations! The stunning ocean views and cozy atmosphere made for a perfect getaway. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and featured spacious bedrooms that provided a restful retreat after our beach days. Just a short walk to the beach, we enjoyed lounging in the sun and swimming in the ocean. Overall, it was a fantastic place to unwind, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing beach escape!

Fantastic location with a private, direct access to the ocean. Older property but all equipment in working order and impeccably clean. Owners provided a very useful write-up regarding the villa and its equipment. You are truly staying in a private home with lots of character, not a hotel-like, sterile apartment. Gualterio was wonderful, the perfect host. He met with us for the check-in, showing us the property, answering our questions. And he continued to be there for us. He was proactive, responsive, friendly, patient, making himself easily available and inviting questions, following-up on all questions/issues until resolution. We stayed there for three weeks and enjoyed every day of it.

There are few words that can accurately describe the beauty of Edgar’s home and its surroundings. It really is something you have to experience to understand. The home is stunning. Situated steps from one of the most amazing beaches you have ever seen, with mountains on both sides and the clear pacific in front. The only sad part is the trash that does wash up - but that speaks to the state of our oceans, not of the home. Edgar himself was one of the absolute best hosts I have ever encounter on AirBnB. Even before arriving he was responsive and flexible, making sure everything was perfect for our arrival. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, stocking the house with drinks, toiletries, kitchen essentials, games and toys. He even went out of his way to ask the ages of our kids ahead of time so that he could get the prefect activities for them. And no review would be complete without mentioning Chef Alberto!
