A very convenient and beautiful spot in Ladispoli! My daughter and I enjoyed the peace and quiet here after a long trip from the US. It was walkable, clean, and had every amenity we needed.

Highly recommend! Perfectly clean and comfortable. Extras like tea,coffee and Prosecco… top quality/price! Beautiful veranda and the added plus of a spectacular rooftop terrace with expansive views over the sea. Bikes, sunbeds etc., all available for use. Superb!

Laura and her husband where amazing hosts. Very responsive and very smooth check in and check out process. The apartment was ideal for our family of six and our car. There is a cafe, a pizza place, a supermarket and more walking distance from the location. everything was clean, different options for coffee (Nescafé machine and a mokka pot). would definitely recommend for families.

l'appartement de Simone est conforme à sa description. Lumineux, très confortable, au calme entouré d'un espace arboré, à 10 mn à pied de la gare ferroviaire, à 100m de la mer, tout équipé . Notre hôte s'est montré très disponible et bienveillant. Je recommande sans hésitation ce logement pour un court ou un long séjour, à 35mn de Rome par le train.

We stayed at apartment for 4 nights, everything went nicely. We were welcomed in person, everything was instructed, the apartment was as per description, and when we left, Carla picked up the keys from us and returned the deposit. The Wi-Fi did not work, but that was so me issue within the town Internet provider.

This is the cutest beach house! Looks identical to the pictures. The hosts are so thoughtful about every detail and have a beautiful standard for quality and cleanliness. Our family felt immediately at home. And the beach access is incredible! It’s the perfect way to end your trip before flying out…so close to the airport! Thank you so much Sun and Sand! We are definitely coming back!

Tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und verfügt über einen tollen Blick über den See. Wir sind von hier aus nach Rom gestartet. Wir kommen wieder 😊

Was a second stay and was just as good as the first. Our host was very helpful and gracious with us on early check in and late check out.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

This is hands down one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The location is perfect. right on the beach and directly across from a fantastic restaurant. a local grocery store is only a Km walk down the road and they have everything you could need. The Airbnb is actually set up for travelers. it's not just someone renting out a place to make money. they take the time to make sure you are set up to have a fantastic experience. my children walked in hungry from our 8 hour flight, to several snacks with bread, butter and jam. I cannot recommend this enough. We plan on staying here every time we fly into Rome and it is available.

공항 가기 전 하루 머물었던 숙소입니다. 사생활 보호가 매우 잘 되어있고, 무엇보다 해변이 가깝고 동네가 깨끗하고 조용해서 여행을 마무리하기에 완벽했습니다. 집 안은 정리정돈이 설명과 동일하게 잘 되어 있었고, 쾌적하고 안전하였습니다. 호스트도 매우 친절하였고 궁금한 것에 신속히 답해주었습니다. 그리고 공항 셔틀을 예약해주어서 무거운 짐을 해결할 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다💓

Vi hade fyra fina dagar i Santa Marinella och i lägenheten! Den passade perfekt för oss (en familj om fyra). Baddrummet var jättefräscht och köket väl utrustat. Stefano och Margarita (föräldrar) var underbara och hjälpsamma med allt ifrån råd över sms samt utlånande av badskor 😊 I lägenheten finns det mesta för en dag på stranden (badlakan, sandleksaker, solkräm och numera ett parasoll). För er som besöker i framtiden vill jag varmt rekommendera Bumba beach, en underbar stenstrand där du kan hyra solstol och parasoll för 7 euro styck. Personalen är jättetrevlig! Det går också bra att vistats där med egen utrustning då stranden är till för allmänheten. Jättebra snorkling också! Andra tips: - Restaurang Marinara (god pizza samt olika smårätter - perfekt för oss som barnfamilj - underbar personal) - Dagstur till Cala Violina! Det tar en stund (2 h körning) men du får då uppleva en liten bit av Toscana, och stranden är underbar med en jättefin promenad i naturreservat! Tack A, S & M

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig das Meer ist sehr nah gelegen in 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Klima ist super. Maria und Tommas sind zwei sehr liebenswerte Menschen Antworten sofort um deine Wünsche zu erfüllen. Danke Maria und Tommaso für die Schöne Zeit in eurer Wohnung.

Als je een auto beschikken is het plek van Laura beste optie om als gezin te verblijven. Het plek van Laura is zeer schoon en dichtbij het supermarkt. Het is 5 minuten lopen naar het strand. Laura is zeer vriendelijk en reageert op tijd op al mijn vragen. Thanks for hosting us

Great apartment overall, bathroom and kitchen are a little small but that may be typical for the location. Very responsive host, clean apartment. Great location for families, lots of things to do, beautiful beaches, there are arcades, bumper cars and a bunch of other games for the kids.

Everything was great. The pictures looked just like the place. Local restaurants are walking distance. Great view of the lake.
