房東人很nice 回覆很快 但停車不方便，開車族要考慮

Beautiful old house in a very atmospheric alley in a highly walkable area of Tainan. A huge number of bars and restaurants nearby and the host had many good recommendations. We appreciated the self check in via door code. Street parking is quite challenging nearby, so the host recommended a large, safe, and inexpensive public parking lot about 10 minutes walk away. Dealing with the car was a minor annoyance and most guests will prefer arriving by train, but our trip required a car.

We booked the whole place for our group, we needed 5 rooms. The ground floor is separated in 2 parts, basically a small entrance and a very large bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 shower. The toilet is outside, the way is separated from the outdoor entrance by a simple hung plastic sheet. The 2 floors upstairs comprise each 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a toilet and a small bathtub. The tatami room offers only a super thin mattress, not comfortable. We were happy with the general atmosphere, the decoration and the cleanliness of the place. The location is great in Tainan, close to everything in the old city center. The owner is very reactive and kind, and the instructions are very clear with a pdf explaining everything. Self check-in, so no physical contact so it lacks a bit the "local touch" that one could expect with Airbnb, this is however nowadays the norm. Great experience anyway !

i really liked this place, I found kt preatty comfortable and I didn't have any problems with it. in the picture though the layout was not easy to understand. there are 3 Flors, the top one with 2 big beds a big bathroom and the balcony with the washer. On second floor 2 rooms with one bed and a bathroom and on the bottom floor a bathroom and the kitchen and living room with the pull out couch. I advice this for a group of about 4/6 friends.

友人同士6人で滞在しました。友人は初めての台南でしたが、とても素敵な宿でとても喜んでいました。場所も神農街や市場から近く、とても便利な立地でした。 何よりホストがとてもフレンドリーで、リクエストにすぐに対応して下さり、安心して滞在する事ができました。 お部屋もとても素敵なノスタルジックな空間です。3部屋の寝室にそれぞれシャワールームとトイレがあるので、プライベートな空間でくつろぐ事ができます。台南へ行かれる方には是非おすすめしたい宿です！

Great flat, comfy not far from ubike spots to visit and the night markets ! Easy communication. Just no towels and no ifi, think of bringing yourself ;)

房間舒適乾淨，附近很多景點可以逛逛，而且又很好停車。房東親切回覆速度快，下次還會來住👍

非常棒的房源 要不是時間上的關係 實在很想再繼續住下去 房間大 舒適 設備完善 有種回到自己家的感覺 極力推薦給大家喔

很棒的住宿體驗 地點也很好走路可以到安平老街 ，吃吃喝喝都可以走路到，只是二樓的樓梯非常窄 太重的行李箱可能需要2個人比較好搬！

寵物非常友善！ 入住還有附上寵物潔牙骨、寵物水碗、寵物涼墊 房間很乾淨，除了排水孔會有異味之外，整體都很好～

Evie is a responsible host. she will recommend local food nearby. Her place is very convenient, can easily get food , public transport. Carrefour and watson is around the corner. I will definitely come back to her again. Cosy house, good environment

房間整潔乾淨與照片一致，樓下有很棒的沖繩料理，大推！

很開心找到這房源，因為是回台探親，所以這裡讓我有家的感覺，加分的是有洗衣機、停車場。附近有很多餐廳及超市，非常方便！ 如果再回台灣一定會再來住！

房間和衛浴設備都非常乾淨！冷氣也安靜，唯獨枕頭比較硬，其餘都很OK，整體來說CP值很高，附近好停車，適合外地來有開車的遊客！

雖然後來原訂房間無法出租幫我換了另一個地點溝通花了一點時間，但入住經驗良好，房間也很乾淨。可惜沒有對外窗略封閉了一些，有機會還是會再去。
