Marco is a great host and his flat is so well located. And clean, well equipped, and spotless. Terrific host either way a terrific flat in a spectacular location.

A wonderful place to stay with the most beautiful surroundings. We came without a car and the bikes were an absolute bonus and allowed us to make the most of the lake. The cycle path is so accessible and easy to use. Emmanuelle was also very communicative and helpful in sending us a bus timetable to ensure we could get around. There is a shop and a fantastic bar just a few minutes cycle away, and a bus stop directly outside. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, although I'd recommend bringing extra beach towels if you don't want to miss a second in the lake, which for us was warm even on rainy days! Mobile data was almost never an issue, despite the remote and peaceful location. The private beach was wonderful - plenty of grass and chairs - the few neighbours we met were very friendly and most of the time we had the space entirely to ourselves. It really is a little haven with the most gorgeous views!

Casa centralissima, veramente confortevole, piccola ma con charme, non manca nulla. Romeo è gentilissimo e veramente reattivo, mi ha concesso di entrare in anticipo ed è stato molto amichevole. La posizione impagabile, mi sono veramente sentita a casa.

Studio très bien situé près du lac, commerces d’Annecy-Le-Vieux à 5 minutes à pied et la vieille ville d’Annecy à 10 minutes en vélo

Fantastic stay in the heart of Annecy. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and Dominique was responsive to all our queries.

L'appartement se trouve dans l'hypercentre d'Annecy. Fenêtre en double vitrage donc passablement calme. Très propre. Parking payant tout à côté (15.- pour une journée et demi). la literie est très confortable. nous avons même eux une bouteille de blanc pour notre arrivée et il y avait également deux capsules de café. C'est très appréciable ! la communication avec Paulin était facile. Merci infiniment pour ce séjour très agréable !

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à Aix-les-Bains, par chance nous avons eu une météo idéale qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à Karen pour son accueil chaleureux et sa flexibilité exceptionnelle concernant notre départ. C'était un véritable plaisir de séjourner chez elle pour la deuxième fois, et nous avons déjà hâte de revenir ! Merci du fond du cœur, Karen. À très bientôt !

Words can’t describe the actual charm of this historic building and surrounding town. It was absolutely stunning and we loved our stay. The interior is updated, fresh and lovely lay out. We had everything we needed and Nathalie was very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back soon!

Super week-end dans une maison accueillante et avec une localisation incroyable. Tout était conforme aux descriptions.

Très bel emplacement, avec une vue splendide sur le lac. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue, comme l'aménagement du chalet, alors que nous y avons passé les vacances de Noël, en grande partie a l'intérieur.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, belle villa paisible, bien située, grande cuisine avec beaucoup d'équipements, literies très confortables. Promenade à pied en sortant de la maison au bord du lac, Je vous conseille en toute sécurité cette villa

L'endroit est réellement exceptionnel avec la vue directe sur le lac et le charme du village.. Accueil tres chaleureux, nos hôtes etaient particulièrement reactifs pour repondre a toutes nos questions. La maison est confortable, moderne et super bien équipée! Seul bemol pendant les weekends fréquentés, la circulation à pied n'est pas facile avec les jeunes enfants sur la voie qui longe le lac et qui est destinée aussi bien aux pietons qu'aux velos.

Wonderful stay in beautiful location, with lots to do in the surroundings for the entire family. We absolutely loved the place and it really made our holiday great. Local recommendations were very much appreciated! Can highly recommend!

This delightful little place is everything it seems to be - most of all for us: quiet, with a lovely garden and right on the lake. Bruno was totally helpful and friendly and quickly available when needed. Everything inside is wood lined except the shower area so it can feel like a wooden chalet.

I stayed a week in Thomas's house. It is situated in a tiny hamlet next to the wakeboarding lake. I was driving to the ski resorts so 15 minutes to Brides les Bains, 45 to La Plagne and 30 to Le Praz. The house is a kitchen downstairs and 1 room upstairs with a double bed and a sofa bed. It had everything I needed, was warm and had a good shower. Check in was easy and Thomas replied very quickly.

La maison est très agréable à vivre, parfaitement équipée et idéalement située. On ne lasse pas de la terrasse et de la magnifique vue sur le lac. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Fred. L'appartement est idéalement situé avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le lac, les montagnes, et le délicieux biscuit de Savoie. Si vous voulez couper de votre vie tumultueuse..foncez !

Logement très bien placé, dans une résidence calme. La communication se fait avec Myriam qui est très disponible et sympathique. Le logement est très Agréable si on est à 2, attention avec un (gros) chien il manque un petit peu de rangement mais pour quelques jours on s’en accommode ! Je recommande le logement de Frédéric 🙂

Très belle qualité du logement Logement bien pensé et très bien aménagé. La cuisine est de très grande qualité et bien équipée. La salle de bain est spacieuse et de belle qualité également. Le balcon est juste exceptionnel, tout comme la vue sur le lac du Bourget.

I had wonderful time at Anne's place. Anne is a really kind, responsive and warm-hearted host. She was always ready to help and did best to accommodate my needs and requests. The house was super clean and has almost everything for living a guest could imagine. I strongly recommend Anne' apartment.

Daniel is a 5 star host and his flat is outstanding. The view of Lake Geneva is breathtaking. The furniture is comfortable, the amenities are everything you need, the neighborhood is safe and close to many things. The pictures and description are 100% accurate. You know what you're getting which is important for us! I will book this flat again when we return to Geneva.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai pu profiter d’un processus d’enregistrement autonome, parfaitement expliqué par Steve, ce qui a rendu l’entrée dans les lieux très fluide. L’appartement est situé dans un endroit calme, idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer. La vue est tout simplement incroyable, offrant un panorama à couper le souffle qui rend chaque moment passé ici spécial. De plus, le jacuzzi est un véritable atout !

Une vue époustouflante ! L'appartement de Tiphaine est extrêmement bien placé," les pieds dans le lac", décoré avec goût, très propre, une literie de qualité . La place de parking est vraiment un atout car cela peut être compliqué pour se garer. Tiphaine a toujours été réactive pour répondre à nos interrogations et nous a réservé un excellent accueil. Nous avons passé avec mon mari, un excellent séjour. A recommander sans aucune hésitation.
