Güzel ve huzurlu tatil oldu. Ev sahibipleri çok ilgili ve nazik insanlar. Ev havuz ve özellikle yeşil bahçesi harikaydı. havuzun temizliği aksatmadan yapıldı bahçe bakımı da, hayran kaldım. mangal olanağı da var, hiç kaçırmadım :))). Bölgedeki halk plajları gerçekten çok güzel, hiç kalabalık olmuyor, gölkeliklerlerde yer sıkıntısı veya şezlong sıkıntısı hiç yaşamadık. Deniz suyu tertemiz. sabah erken saatlerde gidilirse denizde dalga da olmuyor. Güzel bir tatildi.

This was the second time we have stayed in this apartment and we would definitely stay there again as the location and facilities are excellent! The apartment is well maintained and has everything you need both for a short term or long term stay. However, communication with the host rental agency could be improved: the replies to our inquiries both via AirBnb and messenger were slow and sometimes we didn't receive any answers to our questions at all. In any case, both Kaş and this apartment are always worth a visit and we look forward to coming back and enjoying them!

Ruhiger, gemütlicher Ort. Wir hatten ein Auto und alles war gut erreichbar. Ich bin oft vor Sonnenaufgang zum Strand gelaufen, um ihn am Meer zu treffen, maximal 25 Minuten durch wunderschöne Umgebung. Convenience-Stores und einige Restaurants sind in maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Lejligheden er i meget fint stand, med 2 balkon. Vi boede i 3 etage med god udsigt mod bjergene. Svimmingpool er meget ren, mellem stor størrelse. En meget stille kvarter med gå afstand til det fleste inkl. stranden. Aircondition i hvert rum som vi var meget glade for. Værten Selcuk er meget imødekommende og nem at tale med. Vi ankom til lejligheden midt om natten, der stod han klar til at tage os imod. Selcuk er meget fleksibelt

Ayhan’s place was remarkable, as is Kas. Highly recommend staying here as he has a wonderful view with balcony and a great kitchen for those looking to cook or make their stay a little more homey. The walk into town was quite short, but was on a hill. Beware that the location is at the top of a steep hill and has many steps, but it’s worth it if you are not afraid of a little exercise!

Mustafa was a great host, and the apartment was comfortable. Quiet area at this season (November) Beach very close and beautiful not too cold for swimming. rented a bike so easy to get around. Lots of restaurants still open. peaceful time

Şükrü bey nezih, centilmen bir Evsahibi. Tüm sorulara hızlı şekilde cevap verdi. Yurt dışından misafirlerim ile konakladık ve kendileri çok memnun kaldılar. Ev çok temizdi. Konum denize 3-4 dakika mesafede. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Bir sonra ziyaretimde başka bir alternatifim olmayacak. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Ev çok güvenli, sakin, sessiz ve huzurlu bir yerde. Hem merkeze hem de sahile çok yakın mesafede.. Çevrede çok güzel parklar var, doğayla içiçe yürüyüş yapmak harikaydı. Market, fırın, restoranlar, kafeler..hepsi eve çok yakın. Bilgen her konuda çok yardımcı ve ihtiyaç durumunda çok hızlı dönüş sağlıyor. Benimle çevrede yapılabilecek tüm aktiviteleri ve adreslerini gösteren bir liste paylaştı. Denediklerimin hepsini çok beğendim, özenle hazırlayıp paylaştığı için ayrıca teşekkürler. Evi çok keyifli tasarlamış, tüm detaylar düşünülmüş. Kendi evimde gibi iyi hissettim. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.

wir waren eine Woche in Alanya. Die Wohnung von Hulya liegt zentral aber ruhig in einer Seitenstraße der Altstadt. Man hat von der Terasse aus einen fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht von Alanya. Die Wohnung war sauber und bietet alles Nötige für einen Stadt/Strandurlaub. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr schöne und vor allem saubere Unterkunft in bester Lage, fast direkt am Meer. Genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Der Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir bedanken uns für die tolle Zeit!

Sinan beye çok ama çok teşekkür ediyorum. Sanırım kaldığım en iyi ev ve en iyi tecrübem diyebilirim. Herşey muhteşemdi, standartların çok üzerinde bir ev. Ben alt katı tercih ettim bahçeden dolayı, inanılmaz keyif aldım çocuklarımla. Yazabileceğim çok artılar var, içiniz rahat olsun. Burası anlatılmaz, yaşanır!

Great apartment, exactly as pictured. Easy to find and instructions were great. Beds very comfy. Would definitely stay again if back!

Please aware that apartment is on ground floor left to the entrance. So there is patio not balcony. Location is super. Nice pool and cafe is on the territory. Totally recommend.

Apartment is fabulous very clean and everything you would need. It is approximately 20min walk into town and beach. The road by Apartment is unmade, so very dusty. I would recommend either a car or electric trycycle. There is building works going on so can be noisy. As i only really slept in apartment it was not a problem. Only one plug socket in bedroom, so would recommend taking an extension lead, also a torch for walking in evening. I had a wonderful holiday and loved the apartment.

Evin konumu güzeldi. Ev sahibi giriş çıkışta esneklik sağladı saatler konusunda sorun yaşamadık.Evin içi fotoğraflarda olduğu gibi yatak odaları geniş mutfağı büyük, ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu, temizlik konusunda yeterliydi banyosu temizdi çarşaflar havlular temizdi sorun yaşamadık, özellikle yatak odası geniş ve oda sayısı çok olmasını isteyenler için tavsiye ederim.

Ece was a very helpful host, very prompt in their response and clear. The apartment had a lovely view with big sliding doors to go into the balcony in the living room and the main bedroom upstairs. The main balcony had electric sliding windows and rooftop to allow air in or reduce direct sunlight. The air conditioning worked perfect and was in every room. Pots, pans and cutlery were there, fridge was very spacious, the apartment itself was very clean and presentable. There was a sauna and jacuzzi within the apartment which was very convenient and the place appeared very nice and modern. The swimming pool was open from 8am to 8pm, there are local shops about 10-minute walk away as well as a butchers. The beach in front of the apartment is pebbly and a bit rocky but you can take a taxi to Kleopatra beach which will be about 20 mins and the tourist area of Alanya is also around 15 mins. There are also some restaurants and shops if you head towards mahmutlar.

Ev gercekten temizdi, içinde gerekli her şey vardı. havuz kalan misafir sayısına göre gayet yeterliydi. kalkan merkez e yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. çok memnun kaldık, özellikle temizlik ve düzen konusunda çok iyiydi. işletme sahipleri yan tarafta oturduğu için ihtiyacınız olan konularda direkt yardımcı oluyorlar ve ilgililer. tekrar gitmek istiyoruz.

We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

Я останавливался в квартире Евгениии остался в полном восторге! Квартира не только полностью соответствует описанию, но и превзошла мои ожидания. Чистота, уют, продуманность деталей — всё на высшем уровне. Локация отличная, рядом есть всё необходимое. Евгения — замечательная хозяйка, очень внимательная, отзывчивая и заботливая. Всегда на связи, готова помочь и сделать всё, чтобы гости чувствовали себя комфортно. Видно, что она вкладывает душу в своё жильё. Если ищете идеальное место для отдыха, настоятельно рекомендую этот вариант. Обязательно вернусь снова!

Kendi evimde gibi hissettim. Çok rahat bir evdi. Mutfak araç gereçleri hepsi vardı yemek yaptık. İhtiyaç olan her şey düşünülmüştü evde vardı. Mobilyaların rahatlığı,evin ferahlığı kompleksin donanımlı olması Sabahları kuş sesiyle uyandığımız sessiz huzurlu ağaçlara bakan ,doğanın içinde bir ev .Ruhi bey çok ilgili alakalı iyi bir ev sahibi olduğu için kendisine teşekkür ederim bize önerileriyle gezilecek yerlerde de çok yarımcı oldu. Tekrar gelmeyi şimdiden düşünmeye başladık.

Akşamları jakuzi ve duştan yeterince sıcak su akmıyor, yatak rahat değil ama onun dışında konum, evin düzeni, temizlik ve manzarası çok güzeldi. Ev sahibine de ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz.
