Meşgul was very pleasant, he allowed us to drop our bags off early and even let us checkin the villa early. The airbnb was beautiful and exactly like the photos. The location was lovely and peaceful, although you would definitely need a car. The villa was extremely clean and tidy, and the pool was even cleaned and maintained during our stay. On the last day Meşgul kindly brought us some tape for our suitcase that was broken on the flight over. This was very kind and we were very grateful to him. We would definitely stay here again as we had a great time, and we would recommend this villa to anyone with a car :)

We were happy to spend nearly 2 weeks in İsmetcan’s apartment which brings back the true spirit of airbnb – feeling at home surrounded by care and family warmth. And the sweetest cats too)) The apartment is spacious, cozy, and well equipped. Perfectly working appliances, high-quality windows, air conditioner in every room, plenty of textiles, dishes, cleaning supplies, and even bottles of water for the cooler. There’s also a barbecue set by the stairs, ready for grilling fresh fish or kebabs. And the views deserve a special mention! Mountains from the master bedroom, the sea from two other rooms and the balcony, and sunsets from the kitchen. Heartfelt thanks to İsmetcan and his father (who treated us to fresh homemade eggs) for creating such a caring and cozy experience. It truly feels like the perfect spot for enjoying the charming energy of Kaş. Cant wait to return!

Great experience, especially for families! We can definitely confirm all the other positive comments. It's a calm and beautiful place located a bit off a side street, on a pomegranate farm, but close enough to the cafes and little shops on the street along the river and the beach to easily walk there (watch out with kids - mostly no sidewalks). The private garden is a gem. We enjoyed the shade and the porch with a big family table, where you can spend even the hottest hours of the day. The kids loved to play with the outdoor shower and hose. We stayed as three generations with 5 grown-ups and two small kids, and without a car. Sema and Serif were extremely quick, friendly and helpful with all our needs. Driving us to the Sunday market, the butcher and the supermarket on three occasions made life so much easier for a big group and an extended stay. You can also walk along a country road to the closest BIM supermarket (15-20min, no sidewalks), or take one of the bikes (10min).

Dairenin yeri Alanya'nın en nezih, en güzel yeri olan Oba bölgesindedir. Çok merkezi olmasına rağmen geniş plajlarında kitabınızı rahatça okuyacak sakinliği bulursunuz. Evin karşısında taksi durağı, restaurantlar. barlar, alışveriş yapabileceğiniz çok sayıda mağaza ve market var. Akşamları balkonunuzda keyifle oturabilir, gelen geçeni seyredebilir ve çok keyifli bir zaman geçirerek günün yorgunluğunu atabilirsiniz. Evin içinde kalitesiz tek bir eşya, malzeme görmeniz imkansızdır. Küçük bir daire olmasına rağmen ihtiyanız olan her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş, kısacası muhteşem bir daire🤩 Ev sahibi sevgili Victoria ise Airbnb'de karşılaştığım en mükemmel ev sahibi😍❤Eve girmeden önce, girdikten sonra ve çıkmadan ihtiyacınız olan tüm bilgileri, eksiksiz ve tam zamanında size bildirir. Airbnb'den bulduğum bir çok yerde sürekli ben ev sahibine nasıl gireceğiz, nasıl çıkacağız diye sormak zorunda kalırdım. Evlerde el yıkayacak sabun bile olmazdı. Ev de Victoria da mükemmel😍❤

In die Unterkunft habe ich mich sofort verliebt. Ist eine sehr ruhige und private Unterkunft was ich mega finde. Der Inhaber Mehmet war immer erreichbar und extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen. Dies war definitiv nicht mein letzter Urlaub in dem tiny house . Das einzige was mich gestört hat war ,das es keinen großen Spiegel gab und zu wenig hacken für die Handtücher, allerdings sind das meine Luxusprobleme 😊. Alles war perfekt .

Ailece sürekli kültürel ve doğa tatilleri yapmaktan çok hoşlanırız. Airbnb de burayı gördüğümüzde biraz şüphelenmedik değil. Böyle bir villayı uygun sayılacak bir ücrete vermesine inanamadık ama airbnb ye güvenerek tuttuk. Daha sonra Emin beye bir kaç sorumuz oldu, çok kibarca anında cevapladı. Daha sonra Asmalı Villayı kendi gözlerimizle görünce anladık ki resimlerdende güzelmiş. Doğanın içinde kuş sesleri, ağaçlarda oynayan sincaplar etrafdaki köy halkının misafir perverliği harikaydı. Ev tertemizdi. Herşeyi düşünmüşler ve eksiksizdi. Mutfak da tencere,tava,bardak,tuz,karabiber ve bahartlara kadar hepsi vardı. evimde bile olmayan kocaman ambilayt özellikli TV. beyaz eşyaların hepsi yeni ve Bosch marka. yataklar viscosite, salonda langırt oyun masası, ne yazsam az kalır. Bu ev benim olsaydı kiralamaya kıyamazdım. Netice de Emin beye ve Airbnb ye çok teşekkür ederiz. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

Kendi evimde gibi hissettim. Çok rahat bir evdi. Mutfak araç gereçleri hepsi vardı yemek yaptık. İhtiyaç olan her şey düşünülmüştü evde vardı. Mobilyaların rahatlığı,evin ferahlığı kompleksin donanımlı olması Sabahları kuş sesiyle uyandığımız sessiz huzurlu ağaçlara bakan ,doğanın içinde bir ev .Ruhi bey çok ilgili alakalı iyi bir ev sahibi olduğu için kendisine teşekkür ederim bize önerileriyle gezilecek yerlerde de çok yarımcı oldu. Tekrar gelmeyi şimdiden düşünmeye başladık.

Öncelikle Baver Bey e ilgi ve alakasından dolayı teşekkür etmek isterim. İlgili alakalı birisi. Ufak tefek sorunları çok kısa zamanda çözdü. Yeni bir villa ve evin temizliği çok iyidi. Konforlu 10 kişi çok rahat ettik. Manzara süper. Sakin sessiz. Havuz temiz ve büyük. Villanın konumu Kalkan a 10 dk. uzaklıkta. Kaputaş plajına çok yakın. Kaş a 25 dk uzaklıkta. Yollar yokuşlu ama sıkıntı olmuyor. Huzurlu,dinlenmiş ve mutlu bir şekilde tatilimizi sonlandırdık. Teşekkürler.
