He has an amazing villa over looking the ocean, with a private platform to relax and jump straight into the ocean. The house was well equipped and Tevfik was very responsive.

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Very nice villa with an amazing pool and facilities. Location is good for visiting land of legends, Antalya old town and a few beaches, although you need transport. Ufuk from the complex was very helpful in giving us transport cheaper than regular taxis, he was very flexible and also gave us advice on where to visit.

It was the perfect vacation home that we were looking for. Escaped from our lives for a week at a peaceful place at the peninsula, had everything we needed without any issues. Thanks to Hilary & Ramazan for running this perfect place and hosting us!

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!

Eine schöne, ruhige Wohnung in einem Reihenhaus Anlage etwas abseits von dem Touristen Trummel . Von der Wohnung im oberen Stock, schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar.

House is great. It is very well equipped and clean. But the most important thing is the terrace and the view. It is even difficult to explain how beautiful the view from the house is. The area around is very quiet. You can hear only the sea and the birds (and in our case rain;). And the plants around… unbelieveble. The access to the rocky beach is an amazing thing. The beach seems to be shared with 2 other houses. It is true what other people wrote that some people don’t respect the fact that this is a private area and they are coming above the gate to catch fish. But it didn’t bother us at all. It was maybe 2-3 people per day, so not a crowd;). We loved it there and we already made a reservation for the next time.

Wir sind mitten in der Nacht in der Villa angekommen. Der Check in hat mittels einer Schlüsselbox am Haus super geklappt. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und alle Gegenstände waren vom Zustand bestens in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen. Das Beste ist aber die tolle Aussicht von der Poolterrasse und den Balkonen auf die Stadt und das Meer. Wir haben es besonders am Abend genossen. Dabei haben wir uns auch nicht an den gelegentlichen Rufen des Muezzin aus der nahe gelegenen Moschee gestört. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Muhtesem manzarali denize özel girisi olan bir villa. Evde genel olarak ihtiyac olan hersey var. Salim Bey güleryüzle karsiladi ve valizimize yardim etti. 2 günlük bir klima problemimiz disinda bir sorun yasamadik. Kalabalik aile olarak güzel bir hafta gecirdik. Ama gideceklerin bilmesi gereken bazi seyleri yazmak istiyorum. Iskeleye kadar 130 merdiven var, korkuluk yok, iskele merdivenleri cok pasli ve eski, acil onarima ihtiyac var (Çocuklu aileler için zor olabilir). Ayrica Cukurbag yarimadasi imkanlari kisitli bir bölge. Sadece iki kücük mini market var, online market hizmeti yok, yemek siparisini sadece bir iki restoran getiriyor, gideceklerin saglam bir alışveriş yapmasi şart.

Taraflar dışında gerçekleşen aksiliklere rağmen ellerinden geleni yaptılar ve bize çok destek oldular. Anna ile tanışmak çok güzeldi. Erdem bey de iletişim dahilinde çok yardımcı oldu. Çok tatlı insanlar. Konaklama yeri güzel, sakin ve huzurluydu

Det är en liten men jätte fin och mysig lägenhet! Bra designat med fin balkong! Det finns nästan allt i köket för att laga och äta mat hemma! Sängen var bekväm! Duschen funkar perfekt! Det var jätte fin omgivning på gården, man kan se fina katter och söta kaniner som var jätte trevligt ❤️ Men det finaste i lägenheten är - Utsikten från balkongen och alla fönster! Det var förtrollande, man kan se hela Kas! Vi gjorde det 24 timmar om dagen! Så jag vill tacka jättemycket Baris för allt! Baris är mycket snäll kille, som var tillgänglig hela tiden och hjälpte med allt om vi behövde hjälp!🙏 Jag rekommenderar gärna lägenhet och lovar att komma mer ditt! Jag saknar redan den!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Wohnung. Das ist eine Wohnung die den Fotos entspricht. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Strand. (6-8 Gehminuten). Zur Strand bergab, zurück bergauf Das ist beste Ecke von Kleopatra Strand. Das war für uns sehr wichtig. Sehr schöne Umgebung. Gelegentlich zum Kochen. Einfach ist alles gut gewesen. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene. Preis-Leistung hat gepasst.

We had the most amazing time, the villa was stunning and we very sad to go home. Pool was great a family of 5 (2 adults 3 children) it was perfect, one side a metre deep and the other 2 metres. Never felt unsafe at property very private and secure. A gardener came most days to water plant and tidy outside. local house management Mehmet was great very easy to get hold of. He bought us the large bottles of water at a cost of Approx 130tl and he does a lovely wine as well at 350tl per bottle. Great location very central to old town. Small shop, butchers & veg shop next door 50 metres, bigger supermarket Migros is still only the next street down. Thurs market 150m down the road. However I must stress Kalkan is built on a hill and even though the old town is 10 min walk down hill walking back it’s tough. Even to the migros can be hard work. If your in the town I would get a taxi for 150tl. Traffic is a bit mad around the place as well. We loved this place 100% recommendations.

Хорошее место для отдыха. В принципе, есть все необходимое для жизни, а если чего-то нет - можно попросить у персонала. Отличное местоположение, 3 минуты до моря, магазины рядом. Немаловажно, что было отопление, для января это значительный плюс.

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time in Kalkan, Deniz was a great host, we didn’t get to meet him but the communication was really easy. whenever we had questions, we asked for more blankets for example as it gets quite cold at night in April, he helped us out immediately. Great place to stay for 8 people or more if you’re willing to sleep on a couch. The pool was great and really clean, would go there again 5/5

Evi ve siteyi gerçekten çok beğendik, konum olarak hem denize hem de merkeze çok yakındı, yürüyerek 10 dakikada denize ve merkeze ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. Evin etrafı temiz, sakin, komşular güleryüzlü-yardımseverdi. Ailecek konaklamak için çok uygun, her odada klima olması, balkondaki ve terastaki deniz manzarası, evin iç dizaynı çok hoş. Ev sahibi ilgili, nazik, sorumuz olduğunda hemen ilgilendiler ve yardım için birini gönderdiler. Ailem ile uzun bir yoldan gelmiştik 2 saat erken girmemiz için de yardımcı oldular. Tek iki eksik televizyon var fakat uydu yok-bunu da konaklayan kişilerin genelde yabancı olmasından kaynaklandığını düşünüyorum, internet var fakat hiç çekmiyor :( Ev sahibinin ilettiği yönergeler sayesinde evi kendi evimiz gibi biliyorduk bu sayede çok rahat uyum sağladık, her şey için teşekkürler :) ! Kalkan'da bir daha konaklarsak kesinlikle aklıma gelecek en iyi seçenek olacak!

Die beiden sind einfach unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit - das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Da ich ohne Auto unterwegs war, wurde ich hin und zurück zur Bushaltestelle gebracht (von Antalya bis Adrasan ist es ganz einfach). Auch beim Einkaufen von Lebensmitteln haben mir beide geholfen und sogar auch, um Strand und Wandergebiet zu erreichen. So viel Unterstützung hätte ich gar nicht erwartet und bin total dankbar! Die Orangen aus dem Garten übrigens sind köstlich! Ganz dringende Empfehlung für eine kleine Auszeit.:)

It was a beautiful stay as expected. You may easily prefer this villa if you prefer a calm stay. Everything was as described and shown on details. One minor cons it could be great if it was provided some toiletries like shampoo at least for the first day cause it is not easy to get at that point.

Just back from a five week holiday at Dolphin View in Ayse's apartment which was clean well presented and reasonably well equipped. As the apartment is in B block it was adjacent to the pool, which we pretty much had to ourselves. There are a number of stages of steps down from the road but they were not a problem for us. On the two occasions we contacted Ayse her response was prompt and positive. The small shop and the Zaika restaurant are a short walk up the road as was the regular Dolmus town bus service.
