What a special little place. Everything you need when away from home and the views were just beautiful. Alison was so helpful. A true N Irish welcome. Very handy to places nearby and visiting my folks in Ballyclare. A true gem. We will definitely be back.

Paula’s place was lovely and perfect to see Belfast! We loved the decor and the little essentials (milk, muffins) she left for us. Great place to stay if you are looking to be close to the airport too!

Tony was very good at communicating before and during my stay here. Location was ideal as just a short walk into the city and a small Tesco next door.

Our family of 4 (two adults, two teenagers) had a very comfortable stay here. The flat was very clean and cosy and the little touches on arrival (milk, butter and bread) were much appreciated especially as we arrived so late. The beds were SO comfortable! I had my own toiletries, but my husband took advantage of those on offer and said that the shampoo, conditioner and body wash available were luxurious. There was always hot water, so no waiting for anything to heat up for showers. The lounge furnishings were comfortable for all of us to hang out together and watch TV and take advantage of the board games/cards on hand. The area that the flat is located is very quiet so we slept well. There is an Asda and a Lidl grocery store a short drive away, ad well as a McDonalds if you're after something quick. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this flat to others.

Absolute 5 star AirBnB experience. Located within minutes of everything you need (groceries, train station, city centre, cathedral quarter, museums, pubs, restaurants, takeaway food, etc) Guest Experience was top notch, greeted with a personalized touch upon our arrival. The space was clean and a guest book is provided with instructions on how to use the many amenities in the house. Tara was quick and detailed in communications pre trip, during the trip, and post trip if we needed anything. Lastly, Tara has designed this home with immaculate care, creativity, and function. The attention to detail in this home is something of an award winning magazine and you’ll be taking photos of each room to share with your friends back home. One of the coolest AirBnB experiences and recommend everyone of all travel intents & purposes to book this home if it’s available.

Overall, we were very pleased with our choice of where to stay in Belfast. The first floor (up stairs) flat was good value and adequately equipped with a few outstanding examples. We knew there was a coffee machine that used pods and assumed we would pop out to buy some once we knew the brand. Well; there were some Dolce Gusto pods already provided and the 2 supermarkets across the street each sold more. Although Cregagh Road is a bit noisy, it is only the living room that is affected; the bedrooms face the quiet side street. Noise levels in the top flat will depend on the guests but the floorboards can be noisy.

From when I first found Stuart’s home he was so patient with my barrage of question giving timely and thorough answers. When we arrived it was perfect. Clean, welcoming and great temperature. He had even left a welcome ‘basket’ for us. Just perfect! What a lovely touch . We walked into centre every day, only a 25 minute walk, but there is a bus from outside the door and a train about a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself is so cosy. Wonderfully clean. The water pressure is amazing and no running out of hot water. The towels were fluffy and thick. We used the washer / dryer and it was perfect. (I brought my own soap) Stuart had left a house ‘manual’ which had lots of great info. Lovely 😻 My friend slept in the bed and I, the sofa bed, no issues there. Very comfortable. I loved the fact that Stuart and Elaine are sustainable. Rubbish separated etc - great touch. If you’re looking for somewhere in Belfast, stay here!! I hope to visit again - thank you so much. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great spot in a private road with easy access to all the Lisburn Road has to offer & easy to get into town. Nicola is a fantastic host and clear & responsive communicator. Would book again

Lovely host and perfect for our weekend getaway! Would stay again if in Belfast

Brilliant host, couldn’t have been more informative and friendly. Apartment was ideal, spotless, great space, really happy. The only downside was the road noise…but that’s unavoidable and not the hosts fault. Ideally situated from city centre. Just be mindful that from the central bus station it is a good 45min walk so if you have awkward/heavy luggage etc we would recommend a taxi, we then walked in through the botanical gardens each day. If your not able to walk I think buses frequently go past and stop near or taxi for £6-8 roughly at a guess. We would definitely recommend this host and if we ever go back to Belfast then would definitely use this venue again and host. Thank you. I’d say 5*

This place was a great find! Only took roughly 40 minutes to walk to central with lots of shops around, including a Tesco 5 minutes round the corner. David was very clear and helpful with any queries we had.

Nothing but positive comments about this Belfast apartment. Veronica responded quickly to our enquiries prior to our arrival. The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen. It is located in a great central location, easy walking distance to all that Belfast has to offer. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend this apartment to our friends. Thanks Veronica, we had an enjoyable stay.

Nicola greeted us at the property and was really helpful and lovely while checking us in. The apartment is very spacious and has everything and more you’d need. There was nice wee touches, the hosts left us cookies and doughnuts. Lots of board games, books etc. location was good, walkable to city centre and Boucher playing fields for the festival we were attending. Also the hosts were very kind to let us keep our cases at the apartment after check out since our flight was later on. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

I recently stayed at Ian's flat and had a positive experience overall. The flat was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Ian was a fantastic host, communicating promptly and effectively throughout my stay. However, the location was a bit of a drawback. While the flat itself was comfortable, it was a 20-minute walk to the city center, which could be inconvenient for some. Additionally, the immediate vicinity lacked a supermarket, although a Tesco was within walking distance. The area felt a bit deserted at times. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would recommend this flat for those seeking a quiet and comfortable stay.

Lucy and Clare’s place was a perfect place to stay for our weekend in Belfast. It was an easy walk to the city centre and many great restaurants, bars and attractions. Lucy and Clare were extremely accommodating and flexible, kindly letting us check out late.

Kevin's place was very comfortable for our 4 week stay. It's in a great location to explore all of Belfast. It is very close to the Botanic Gardens and Queens University which we really enjoyed. We appreciated having desks in each of the 2 bedrooms and found the living space easy to relax in. There are lots of restaurants in the area as well as easy access to pick up food nearby if we wanted to cook. Great home away from home.

fantastic property. beautiful decor. 2 bathrooms both with toilet & shower. short drive into the centre if you’re they’re for the nightlife / bars (£8 in a taxi) large Tesco literally at the top of the street. property had everything you need towels, hairdryer. victoria was very helpful and was able to allow us an earlier check in, very responsive to messages and ensuring everything was ok with our stay. thank you for helping us have a fantastic weekend for my friends birthday x
