A winding two-track through the woods delivers you to our cozy 200sq ft yurt located on 10 acres outside of quaint Alden, MI. 5 minute drive to Torch. 15 min. to Bellaire/Short’s! Turn on your favorite camp tunes, unplug, read, make art with the yurt art supplies, do a puzzle, bask on the porch, lounge in the hammocks,cook dinner over the fire, head to Alden for breakfast at the Muffin Tin, take a dip in Torch…we’ll tell you a great spot to jump in! Private Hot Tub Northern Tiny Home Retreat

Get cozy and settle into this rustic yet refined space. This is a brand new, finished in June 2023 tiny home, on the same property as our personal home. It has all the comforts of a full size home, including, radiant heated floors, A/C, vaulted ceilings in the bedroom, two burner gas stove and a full size fridge. There is a private fenced in outdoor courtyard, with private hot tub, fire place and propane grill. As well as its own driveway with plenty of room too park a boat if you'd like.

The Twig, near Lake Bellaire

This cottage is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The Twig is a tiny, one-bedroom, 480-square foot cottage on property near Lake Bellaire. Living room/kitchen down, bedroom/bath up. Sofa bed in living room. Very private and an easy 5-minute walk to the lake. The cottage, again, is tiny, and best suited for a single person, a couple, or a couple with children. Two couples might find it awkward. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for $20. There is a two-night minimum stay.

Enjoy easy access to everything UP NORTH from this perfectly located home base. This 1 bedroom w/ queen size bed 1 full bathroom apartment and fully equipt kitchen. This location is ideal: 1.6 miles to Boyne Mountain, 6 miles to Boyne City downtown, 16 miles to Petoskey, 7 miles to Walloon Lake, and 5 miles to Thumb Lake. We welcome your well-behaved dog! Please read our fur friend guidelines. Occupancy is for 2 guests only please. Not handicapped accessible unfortunately.

The town itself has unique shops as well as great local food and beverage options. Bellaire is also near popular destinations including Traverse City, Petoskey, and Charlevoix.
