Courtney was a great host and very responsive! The location was beautiful and has plenty to do for a winter getaway away. We loved our time here.

A group of 10 of us recently stayed at this incredible Airbnb and couldn't be more pleased! The custom home is nestled on 2 acres of pure tranquility, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. The 3,200 sq. ft. home is spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic open floor plan connecting the living room, dining room, and fully-stocked kitchen—perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms were cozy, and everyone slept comfortably. While there, we played games, watched movies, had a snowball fight in the backyard, cooked meals in the kitchen, and skied at Boyne Mountain. The large yard provided ample space for our vehicles. Just minutes away from downtown Bellaire, we took full advantage of ordering pizza and stopping at Shorts Brewery for drinks. I highly recommend this gem for a peaceful, activity-filled getaway!

Our stay was amazing. Very peaceful and beautiful. We have stayed there before but I had forgotten that the home and location were wonderful. Our host is the very best that we have had in our thirty years of traveling to the area. She has every amenity necessary and is very quick to answer any questions. The views from the home are spectacular! I can't say enough to praise our host and the location. It is truly an AMAZING place to stay!

Lou is the best host in northern Michigan no matter what I’m doing there I’m willing to drive longer in any direction just to stay at the air bnb. Also very nice location and chill. Private beach is amazing and easy to get to and a lot to do not too far away.

We had a great time staying at Ryan's place. Very quiet, scenic surroundings and not far from Charlevoix and Petoskey. The house is very clean, welcoming and stocked with everything you need. Highly recommended!

Such a great stay and location is perfect. Home was cozy and had everything we needed. Easy walking to the downtown - coffee shop, bookstore, art walk, etc. East Jordan is a secret gem (right now anyways). Excellent nearby hiking as well. Thank you Chirron!

Elizabeth's place was a GEM! As soon as we drove up the hill, I just had a great feeling of comfort! When we walked in, I felt all my stress melt away! Seeing the space exactly as it is in the photos, and knowing my family was going to be comfortable and able to spread out was a great feeling! The rest of my group was equally as impressed with the space! Inside and out we couldn't have asked for a better space! We were impressed by the cleanliness, fully stocked kitchen, coffee pot that accomodated all the coffee needs! The extra linens and towels were great also! We can't wait to go back! *Also, the recommendations in the welcome book were so helpful! We had to take our little to the ER and Kalkaska did it right! Thank you for opening your home!♡

Not only was this peaceful gem just like the listing. BUT the record collection and books are AWESOME!!!! The pet friendly fenced in back yard was spacious and well lit for our Great Dane puppy to run a frolic to her little hearts content. Cant build build a fire?(even though there was ample wood supplied)?? There’s a gas table top fire.. don’t feel like going out??? I made a homemade breakfast pizza and had all the cooking utensils I needed… I felt soo at home and at peace. And enjoyed a trip to Petosky and POND HILL FARM and the tunnel of trees. I JUST need to know one thing??? How much is rent, and when can I move in??

We loved our stay at "the cabin!" Lots of room and personalized space for those who wanted it. Good bathroom space and really appreciated the laundry and kitchen areas.

Mathew’s place was wonderful and it was so close to the lifts… we loved his cozy slope side chalet! We will definitely book again in the future!

Chelsea was an excellent host. The house was perfect for our group. She always responded promptly and was extremely helpful. The house is located conveniently from downtown Bellaire and was very comfortable to live in. highly recommend this serene woodland getaway.

Just back from a 3 night stay at Hall's Haven and it was a perfect spot for our two families of 4, ages 7 thru 50! The welcome treats were such a nice added touch and much appreciated. Lots of space for kids and adults to spread out and plenty of toys and games for everyone. Lots of space for ski gear too! We loved having fires and cooking big meals together in the kitchen, which had everything we could possibly need. There was SO much snow and every window had a beautiful view of the snowy woods. Quiet, lovely neighborhood near the Lakeview Inn and just 5 minutes to Schuss Village for skiing. The sauna was an added luxury after a day of skiing! We had the best weekend together! we loved everything about this location. the decorations, fully equipped with every little thing you'd need, hot tub 🔥, sauna,🔥! Grumpy Bear is a retreat to remember!

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Bob's They had the driveway totally cleared of snow and the house was clean and ready for us. We had no trouble with the passcode entrance. The kitchen was stocked very well and the appliances really high end. We used the oven all three nights and found even some extra spices we could use. My son made cookies with the grand girls and it worked out well because of the seats at the counter and the Island. The girls were able to make a huge snowman the first day in the back. We took advantage of the game room 2 different days and enjoyed the Fuse Ball, Air Hockey, Dart board, etc. Also we took advantage of the pool and each of us enjoyed the hot tub and slide. We took a sleigh ride out at the Cook Family Farm which was beautiful, and they were very nice. All in all we thought everything was wonderful. The number of baths and bedrooms worked out well us. We needed to bring Thanksgiving to the area where our parents live but needed extra space so we rented this cabin. Very secluded but not alone (there are other cabins around). It was just great, very cozy during a couple of cold snowy nights! Very well outfitted, especially the full size kitchen. We brought a few things with us worried that the kitchen may not have everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner but it did! Great communication from the hosts at all times, but we never needed anything. We would happily go back again, hopefully in the summer, what a beautiful spot overlooking Starvation Lake.

Lauren’s chalet is spacious, beautiful, well decorated and really feels like home. My husband and I loved the primary suite, the bed was very comfortable. The kids loved the treehouse and all of the trees behind the house. I wish we had better weather but regardless of the cold, we really enjoyed the stay. The WiFi worked great even though it’s very remote!

Such an adorable cabin. Everything is there that you'd need and more. Cozy, warm and inviting. We were in a predicament, and Erin came to our rescue. We couldn't have been happier.

Great, quite location. Well equipped and clean. Our dog loved the big yard to run while we relaxed on the nice deck. It's very dark at night, take a big basket for all the stars. Loved it, thanks Michelle

Cute, cozy cottage for our trip to northern Michigan for the ICEMAN MTB race. House was well stocked (Bluetooth music speakers, laundry soap, plenty of towels and extra blankets). We enjoyed our stay and of the three houses we stayed in for this annual trip, this was the cleanest and most convenient location. Thank you for being pet friendly too.

The setting is so idyllic and peaceful! The cabin is clean, well maintained and a fun place to hang out. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Troy was very responsive to questions. The town was easily walkable and weather perfect for an evening bonfire. A detached screened in room made for really enjoyable outdoor meals.
