The resort includes year round excitement including 5 golf courses, restaurants, skiing, hiking trails, and multiple indoor/outdoor pools. The town itself has unique shops as well as great local food and beverage options. Bellaire is also near popular destinations including Traverse City, Petoskey, and Charlevoix.

Unit #121 at the base of Schuss Mountain

Unit 121 is located at the top of Schuss Mountain Lodge. It is within walking distance from some of Northern Michigan's best skiing and golfing. Not to mention, it's only 15 minutes away from Short's Brewery in Bellaire. Unit 121 is located on the second floor and there is not an elevator. This is a one room hotel-like unit. You can sleep four — two on a foldout and two on a queen bed — in the same room. Private bathroom. Very close to the ski hills.

My place is close to Lake Bellaire and has the use of private beach, Torch Lake is nearby, Traverse City (30 min), many great golf courses, skiing in winter (Schuss Mountain), mountain biking (Glacial Hills), Shorts Brewery, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the views (stream behind condo), the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Modern updated Boyne Mountain studio condo in the Villa perfect for a small family or group. You will be a short walk to all the Boyne Mountain amenities and restaurants. The closest lift is a walkable 100 yards away. This condo is comfy, cozy, and bright. With a wall of windows, natural light floods this beautiful condo. High ceilings make the 350 sq feet seam a bit larger. Being an end unit it offers a lot of privacy.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This property is a Mother-in-law suite style apartment - attached to my home, but with a completely separate entrance. Grill out & enjoy a bonfire with friends at this wooded vacation home located in the Lakes of the North Vacation Community! The cabin is a few minutes walk from state land, ORV trails, and the NCT Hiking Trail. Bellaire, torch lake & Gaylord are 30 minutes drive for any activities, shopping, and items you may need. Well behaved dogs are welcome also ($35 fee).
