Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Ao Khanom Municipal District

Schon vor der Ankunft hatte ich regelmäßig Kontakt mit Kevin der uns am Anreisetag nicht nur empfangen, sondern direkt beim Gepäck mit angepackt hat. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und mit sehr viel Informationen die wunderschöne Unterkunft und Gegend erklärt. Wir hatten gleich das Gefühl uns heimisch zu fühlen. Nach einigen Tagen in lamai war dies eine richtige Locatuon um zu entschleunigen und Ruhe und Abstand zu genießen. Ein Mietwagen oder Roller empfehle ich da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants schon fußläufig etwas entfernt sind,y gerade bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Auch um den Roller und einen Bootstrip hat sich Kevin gekümmert der sehr gut vernetzt und schon lange ortstansässig ist. Es waren wunderschöne 5 Tage bei ihm.

Magnifique maison Thaï. Merci à Tez de nous avoir si bien reçu, malgré sa blessure , ça ne l'a pas empêché d'être présent pour nous. La maison est top! L'emplacement est génial, nous avons vraiment profité. Nous avons pu utiliser les vélos et de balader avec c'était le kiff, pour aller à la plage du Cool Bar à 10min . Possibilité de louer un scooter à côté du 7 eleven (4min à pied). Excellent massages juste à côté également. Tez nous a très bien conseillé. C'est une personne avec de fortes et bonnes énergies, qui est très inspirant ( même pour son Sarong :) . Merci au papa de sa copine qui à été très présent , et un cuisinier au top !! un coin de paradis 🤍 et d'amour

We spent 3 weeks at Jana's villa and it was absolutely fantastic. Clean, modern, spacious and private, with amazing views over the ocean and access straight on to a beautiful, quiet beach, absolute paradise! There was the most helpful staff on site everyday, early morning to evening, to clean the villa and provide great food and drinks at the small beach bar/restaurant right next to the villa. If you want to eat and drink in the privacy of the villa, no problem at all, the ladies will prepare and then serve for you wherever you wish. Such nice people. Fantastic massages available whenever you wish, either in the villa or on the beach, Nok the therapist was a genius. We went on several unbelievable island boat trips with Jana's son Martin who has his own boat, unforgettable experiences and would highly recommend, such a great guy and always around to help. Perfect beach for young children, such shallow, clear and warm water, protected by a reef not far from shore, so really calm and safe. Communication with Jana beforehand was excellent and also on hand throughout our stay to answer questions and give really great local recommendations. A really nice lady who makes such a big effort. We found an absolute gem with this villa located in such a peaceful, natural and beautiful part of the island. We will be returning in the near future for sure.

We don’t even know where to start when reviewing Kevin and his beautiful villa in Koh Samui. From our first conversation Kevin was polite, professional, extremely kind and knowledgeable. He gave us great tips on where to look for cheaper flights, had our rental vehicle arranged and delivered for a one months stay, organized a full day long tail boat trip where we went island hopping, swimming and snorkeling. In addition Kevin gave us great ideas for adventure and activities including the Koh Samui elephant sanctuary, various temples, waterfalls and spas. Kevin arranged private transportation for us from the airport and provided clear instructions for where to meet the driver. Kevin welcomed us to our visit and showed us around the meticulously maintained villa, pool and beach area. As evidence of Kevin’s thoughtfulness he left us with some toiletries and groceries so that we did not have to rush out after a long flight. We would not hesitate to return and encourage you to enjoy Samui

We absolutely loved this place. It was exactly what we needed. Huge private beach, gorgeous gardens, quiet surroundings. If you want to actually relax and not be mixed in with a party crowd on Samui, this is the perfect getaway. We almost extended our stay, because we liked it so much, but we had work and animals to attend to at home. It’s also cool that this place is flexible with its accommodations and that they can host up to 12 people. Well worth the money we paid. Also, worth noting that there are two support staff members on premise. They are extremely helpful and friendly, and even did some of our laundry. I have stayed at other villas before but the addition of staff makes this place extra special.

Kévin est un superhôte, un vrai. Nous avons pris contact avec lui un bon moment avant notre séjour car nous avions choisi sa magnifique villa pour célébrer notre mariage à Samui. Kévin a répondu dans le détail et même plus à toutes nos questions, il nous a proposé de bons plans afin de profiter de ses contacts et réseau social (location de voiture, excursion en bateau, fournisseurs de fruits locaux et bio, restaurants, etc.). Il nous avait arrangé un transport directement à la sortie de l'aéroport. Il avait même pris soin de garnir le frigo avec le nécessaire pour demarrer, ce qui a été très apprécié. Bref, Kévin a été aux petits soins avec nous du début à la fin du séjour, communication impeccable. La villa est spacieuse et confortable, un décor idyllique dans la mangrove, tranquille, paisible à 30 secondes de la plage. Kévin a grandement contribué à la réalisation d'un séjour inoubliable. Si vous aimez le cachet et le confort, sa ville est à réserver sans hésiter.

Its a spacious and nice bungalow connected to at great hotel. The service was excellent, and the restaurant at the hotel was also really good. Our kids loved the pool and used it all the time. The hotel sells cannabis (legal and all) and the lobby smells like it, so if you have a problem with that, this might not be the place for you.

Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum. Sie ist viel schöner, als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Vor allem mit kleinen Kindern ist es absolut zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist super! Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

We had a great stay, and the villa is pretty much as shown in the pictures, although it is looking tired in some places. The outside area and the pool are amazing. The location as we expected is very remote and you definitely need a car even to get to the local supermarket. The main hustle and bustle and good beaches are at the other end of the island so you need to be prepared to drive 30 minutes to 45 minutes each day if that’s where you want to be. Noy the host was very helpful in arranging car hire taxes massages and always on hand if you needed her but not in anyway intrusive. there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the bathrooms were all great however I must mention the beds are very firm. With regards to the electricity we ended up paying a hundred English pound which was for 3 people for 2 weeks and we were out most days, so bear this in mind. Overall a fantastic day and would definitely recommend.

Sehr schöne Villa mit traumhaftem Infinity Pool und grandioser Aussicht, wie auf den Bildern. In ruhiger Lage aber dadurch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht zu Fuß erreichbar, das war uns aber vorher bewusst. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes ein paar Probleme mit der Pumpe des Pools. Alles in allem hatten wir aber eine tollen Woche.

A very nice house/apartment complex on the south of Koh Samui. Great pools and nice restaurants withn a short walk, good access to a beach. A big house (3BR) with all amenities, two big bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen. A small hurdle was a communication with the local staff but nothing serious. We would love to return if available next time we visit.

The apartment was very clean, tidy, and spacious, with beautiful surroundings. Our host could not have been more friendly and helpful, my partner and I would happily stay again.

Everything was perfect. The host was very nice and helpful. We could not find the bungalow with the adress from the insertion from airbnb but it is easy to find if you use the directions from the host. I think the bungalow was more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Ce fut un vrai plaisir de passer quelques jours dans la villa d'Annick, située au sud de Samui à quelques kilomètres de l'agitation de Lamai, la villa a été décorée avec goût, les lits sont extrêmement confortables et on sent le souci du détail. Annick a pensé à tout pour que le séjour soit parfait dans cette villa les pieds dans l'eau ! Une pépite à ne pas manquer je recommande vivement.

Property is steps from the beach. Nice home with all you need for a great vacation. Location requires transportation unless you stay home. Many restaurants surround the property. Moped rentals are available. The host was extremely responsive and assisted whenever necessary .

Un luogo con una magia tale da permettermi di trovare me stesso. Descriverlo come un luogo da sogno è poco, tuttavia non è per tutti , bisogna sapersi accontentare, è un luogo per viaggiatori non per turisti ma se quello che cercate è avventura, serenità e Pace questo è il posto giusto.
