Our stay here was Awesome! House was Great! It's all about what you're looking for... this quiet community we found to be very relaxing with enough going on to keep us busy. Weather was chilly at times, so the heated community pool was perfect for all of us. The golf cart provided is a great perk to easily get to the heated pool and all of the little shops and the pizza joint, which was good. We did not use the closest pool as it was a bit too chilly. Golf cart rides at sunset were a hit... the views are absolutely amazing. Spent a day on Cape San Blas... we went there too late in the week, should have spent more time here. The Bay side in the park all the way to the west end, offered a Carribean feel. Shallow crystal blue water and white sand. $6 for a carload to get in. Best Places to eat: Indian Pass (oysters and crab legs), Joe Mama's (woodfire pizza), White Marlin (pricey but very good.. great sunset on the deck), The Italian Kitchen. Would definitely return!

Saw lots of sea life - dolphins, pelicans, sea gulls, otter, herons, eagles. We saw the dolphins swarming the fish. Awesome sight. Lots of deer in the park across the road. Plenty of privacy. House very spacious - plenty of storage areas. Lots of windows for viewing the gulf activity. Great deck.

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy widlife, sea, sun and beach with our 2 boys and we found Marcin's Sea La Vie House. That's was a perfect match. This house is very nice, well maintained, well equipped and well organized. I could spend all my time taking pictures of Dolphins and birds from the wonderful porch. We enjoyed being there and we will certainly be back.

Our family of 5 loved this house! the location was wonderful, right on the beach with easy access just off the back porch. The sunrises from the back room and porch were amazing. We saw dolphin swimming by multiple times per day from the porch. The hot tub was really nice, kept the heat well and was a great way to warm up after the chilly ocean (we were there in late March). The game room was also fun to hang out in after dark for some family fun. Overall a great stay and our favorite place we've stayed in St. George so far. We would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay. Felt right at home. Plenty of room for both of our families. House was right on the beach. Kids loved the water and beach. Great local seafood right down the road!

We’re so grateful for such a wonderful stay. The ocean views and sound of the waves made it feel like a dream. Our host was incredibly welcoming and made the whole experience stress-free. It was the perfect setting for our family vacation, and we can’t wait to come back.

Debbie’s house was everything we expected and more. The house was very clean, had comfortable beds, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes. The view of the ocean was incredible! We were able to spot a dolphin and go running to the beach to watch it. Debbie provided beach chairs, towels, toys and even kayaks. Debbie was a kind and responsive host! We had a wonderful stay and hope to return!

this place was great especially for the amount of people we had! there was 4 family's and all the grownups had a king size bed and the kids all had full size beds. There was plenty of space and a short walk to the pool! we all had a wonderful time! we will definitely be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Blanca. We had every possible amenity waiting for us, the home was in perfect condition, clean and well appointed. I had inquired with Lourdes about golf cart rentals and she recommended a local company that was excellent - reasonably priced and provided great service. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Beds were very comfortable and our preteeen girls loved the loft area upstairs, their own private space complete with cute spiral staircase. Adorable decor, gorgeous outdoor spaces, easy access to beautiful beaches, it was a perfect vacation. We can’t wait to return!

We loved this house. It had everything we could hope for- and a pool too! The house is set back from the beach the perfect distance, and it was so comfortable for our family. I know I’ll be coming back with more family next time. The kitchen had everything you could hope for, there were lots of pool/beach toys and chairs, and there were tons of board games available for our party. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was incredible in the shower.

What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

The house was just as described!!! Perfect for large family. My husband and I took our 3 grown children, their spouses and our 20 month old grand baby. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel like we had privacy and space. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the community pool. There is a walkway/bikeway/scooter way to get to the beach that is just down the street from the house. But with the toddler, we found it easier to drive to the public beach access that’s just a short drive away. The walk was shorter since there’s just so much to pack to the beach with a toddler!! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, a wagon, and beach toys. We did purchase a cheap plastic baby pool that we found very convenient at the beach to keep the toddler contained and in the shade of an umbrella. We left it in the garage for others to use. Just pour a few buckets of ocean water and some toys in it!! The kitchen was well equipped. There was even a bottle of wine!!

We had a wonderful family vacation on St. George Island. The kitchen and common areas were great. We were able to have meals together, play games, and watch the Olympics. We had the beach to ourselves! The pool was right out the back door!

I can't say what an AMAZING stay our family had! The house was absolutely beautiful and so comfy. The location was absolutely perfect and what a bonus with the huge hot tub and golf carts. I recommend this house and I know we will be back again! Huge shout out to a fabulous host. Thank you!

Great place! Across the street from beach and cars can be loud. Private pool was amazing and great for after beach fun! The fenced in yard was perfect for our pups to join us.

Great house! Easy walk to public beach access.

Eddie was super helpful and proactive when we arrived. The home was very large and fit my family perfectly. We loved that we beach was just a walk away and it was still peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I would like to make this an annual vacation with the whole family if possible. Very very beautiful thank you Eddie!

Shelbey’s place was beautiful. The beach was so calm and perfect for the little kids to play in. It was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Any time we had a question Shelbey was very quick to respond and she was very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful house away from the hustle and bustle but has lots of drivable restaurants. The top floor balcony and wall of windowed doors that can all be opened and pushed aside was a wonderful way to bring the outdoors in. The views are fantastic, and Jason is a wonderful host.

We fell in LOVE with this place. This was our first family vacation, and the hosts were super helpful, kind, and responsive! They even helped us out when we wanted to extend our stay (see first sentence for why). Travis offered up good local restaurants and made sure that we were all good! The home was clean, had everything, and offered an astounding sunset view. The area is quiet and peaceful, which was surprising since we stayed during spring break week! Again, we have fallen in love with this place and SJB/PSJ. Worth coming back to stay here again and again -- and we will!

This is our 2nd time staying at Zenghai’s place and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. This visit, we were 3 couples, so each couple had a private room + bath. Importantly, the kitchen was well-equipped and the DR had a large table, which worked well for group meals. The house was spotless and the beach, a short walk away, was lovely. Hope to return again!

Really comfortable home. Close to several beaches and nice pool just steps from the front door. Quiet and relaxing.
