Beautiful location, very quite and peaceful, safe and nice view of ocean. House had everything you needed. Excellent stay for a family vacation.

A házigazda nagyon segítőkész és kedves volt. Az apartman elhelyezkedése nekünk tökéletes volt, nagyon jó, hogy a szálláshoz tartozik saját védett parkolóhely. A környék csendes és nyugodt, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A szállást kiközvetítő cég nehézkesen kommunikál és egymásnak ellentmondó információkat is kaptunk. Az adatlapon több információ is tévesen volt feltüntetve: az érkezési idő 16-18 között, de mint kiderült mehettünk volna 14 órától is. Az adatlap szerint a szálláson nincs hajszárító és törölköző, pedig volt mindkettő.

This villa was outstanding in every way! The perfect location and most amazing views. It was spotless and clean, beautifully decorated and new. The patio and terrace allowed us to enjoy the views outdoors with our espresso each morning. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat! Some other reviews mentioned barking dogs and we did not find the dogs nearby bothersome at all. In fact the neighbor who owns dogs is absolutely lovely! Ravello has so much to offer and walking down to Amalfi or Minori/Maori provides plenty of transportation options via bus or ferry to explore the coast. You can also take the bus down from Ravello quite easily but the walks are beautiful! We can’t wait to come back to Ravello and to stay in this villa again.

Centrally located on beautiful Piazza Navona, this apartment gives the vibes of Roman living. Spacious apartment with narrow balcony but superb views.

Appartamento molto pulito e ben arredato. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare e il paese. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (2 bimbi molto piccoli) e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Una volta arrivati ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi per qualsiasi cosa. Veronica è sempre disponibile e molto attenta. Super consigliato!

Nice apartment in great location for exploring Rome, exactly as described and shown on pictures. Silvia was very kind and helpful in several occasions by providing additional information, towels, storage space etc... which made our stay at her place a very pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of the city. We loved the little balcony sitting and people watching, and looking over at the Altar of the Fatherland! We were very comfortable in this apartment, the AC was nice and cool, the bed was very comfortable, a little bit noisy with sounds of the city but were so tired that we weren’t too bothered; no different than any other large city staying downtown! The apartment was close to lots of spectacular sights and we ate at lots of great restaurants and shopped and had a wonderful time in Rome! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Es war alles wie beschrieben, und sah ganz wie auf den Fotos aus. Küche war komplett ausgestattet, und es gab für jeden frische Handtücher. Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, da der Besitzer nicht wirklich englisch oder deutsch gesprochen hat, aber er war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Strand war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, nur in die Altstadt wo die Restaurants, Bars und der Bäcker sich befinden dauert der Fußmarsch ca 20 bis 30 Minuten. Am besten man hat Fahrräder oder ähnliches dabei.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Roberta and Rosella’s place was a charming find. It’s a diagonal opposite of “2 beds, one table, one chair” hotel arrangement - it’s eclectic, has personality, is unique, and has touches of history likely going back centuries here and there. We loved the blend of historical with modern amenities (WiFi, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, modern furniture). We also loved the entire private stack - from the ground floor entryway to the second floor terrace and kids’ bedroom. Wish we could spend longer in the apartment instead of running around Florence. High walk scores - we walked to the train station, Academia, Ponte Vecchio, many restaurants. R&R went over and beyond as hosts - checking in to see what we needed, making reservations at excellent restaurants months in advance, even booked us a place for lunch in Rome on the day we checked out. Highly recommend!

Wir waren Anfang September hier mit insgesamt 7 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern zwischen 1,5 und 5 Jahren und einem Baby. Das Haus, der Außenbereich und die komplette Ausstattung sind auf einem sehr hohen Niveau, alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, funktioniert und ist sehr sauber. Internet/Wifi ist mit einer großen Abdeckung auch außen sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, um auch größere Gruppen zu verköstigen. Wir haben fast täglich den Grill und den überdachten Essbereich draußen genutzt. Es ist das ideale Haus, wenn man auch mal den ein oder anderen Tag nicht wegfahren oder nur eine kleinere Wanderung vor der Haustür machen möchte. Die Straße hoch zum Haus ist durchweg geteert und stellt auch mit einem Wohnmobil kein Problem dar. Man hat eine herrliche Aussicht über das Meer und es ist dort oben sehr ruhig. Der Besitzer ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren etwas zu früh da und haben sogar einen Welcomedrink bekommen :-) Wir können das Haus vor allem für große Familien oder für Freundesgruppen sehr empfehlen.

Apart from the stairs to trek the suitcases down. The accomodation was beautiful and clean and well presented. Absolute beautiful view from the balcony of Positano. Shared pool is of a great size and lots of beds for sun (although sun drops behind the hill in the afternoon) and also you’ll need to have a swim cap (which is provided). A couple of restaurants are within a 10 min walk otherwise a decent trek to the town. Down is 25 mins and relatively painless. Up is something needing a lot of commitment and not little kids! Overall we had an awesome stay and really enjoyed our time. A beautiful town. Just a little pricey all round.

We loved staying here! The setting is breathtaking and the place is beautiful. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful! Waking up to the view of the vineyards was very special! We were comfortable and relaxed in this spacious accommodation.

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico Capodanno in questo splendido appartamento in montagna! La posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dalle piste da sci e dallo Zeta Chalet. La casa è grande, accogliente e sempre ben riscaldata, l'ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulla neve. Tutto era impeccabilmente pulito, e gli interni rinnovati di recente danno un tocco moderno e confortevole. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e abbiamo apprezzato ogni dettaglio. Esperienza da ripetere: torneremo sicuramente!

It was a pleasure to stay here, aesthetic interior, spectacular view, we had breakfast on the terrace in October! A lovely stroll into town for aperitivo. Antonio kindly offered to do the bins if we couldn't understand the system, but we managed it fine and cleaned up after ourselves. We'd recommend Panoramic Nest to anyone

We spent a week in Martinas apartment and had a perfect stay. It's close to the station, which allowed trips to Siena and Lucca. It's just outside the most touristy area but still within a 10-15 min walk to everything in Florence. The cosy street has good restaurants and sandwich joints visited by locals and at reasonable prices lower than the city center. It was a nice secure feeling in the late evening to enter the closed area and the apartment. Supermarket just around the corner. Martina's instructions were very clear. People mention some noise from the hoster next door. We did not experience any of that. We would come back next time we are in Florence.

Our stay at Alberto's apartment was fantastic! The view over historic Rome is absolutely breathtaking, and you can't beat the location - less than 200 meters from the Colosseum! We could easily walk from the train station, which made arrival very convenient. The apartment itself is immaculately clean and stylishly decorated. There are a few steps to navigate at the main entrance, but after that, there's lift access to the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, which we appreciated after long days of sightseeing. Alberto was an excellent host - responsive and helpful. He met us upon arrival and lives nearby, so we felt well-supported throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to experience Rome from an ideal central location!

Stayed here for a couple of days and enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment was beautiful and exactly as we expected. It was within walking distance for our trip and tour of the Vatican. Close to the train station and bus routes were very close as well! The neighbourhood was quiet and charming and we were able to relax the evenings we were there and drink our wine on the balcony while the sun was setting. Carlotta and Andrea were always quick to respond if we had a question or needed anything. Great hosts and a great place to stay! Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome!

The apartment was very clean, and we felt incredibly comfortable during our stay. The location was both safe and conveniently close (just a 10-15 minute walk) to all the major tourist attractions. The surrounding food options were also fantastic! Noelle was a wonderful host, always friendly and even offering to arrange an airport drop-off for us. This was especially helpful, as my flight was at 6 am.

We stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen had everything for cooking our own meals with produce from local markets. We loved the location. Quiet and away from the crowds but near metro and busses. Alessandra greeted us and gave us a full orientation. She was responsive when we had questions. The whole experience was wonderful. It felt like the was air bnb should work.

My parents and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Patrizia's place. We stayed there for a total of 10 days and it was absolutely incredible! When we arrived Patrizia met us at the apartment with champagne and a Christmas cake. She gave us a tour, showed us a map of the city, gave us restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions etc. Her place was decorated for the holiday's and we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Throughout our stay Patrizia would periodically check in to see how we were doing. The place was homey, clean, and better than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, there were two bathrooms and the beds were comfy. We were less than a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It was central, but also in a less touristy part of the city, which we enjoyed. Every morning we went to a bakery she recommended, Pasticceria Nencioni and had a pastry/coffee. When we would return home at night we would watch Netflix on the couch. Can't recommend it enough! Thanks Patrizia!

The best Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Such a lovely host with great local restaurant recommendations. The apartment is absolutely faultless with everything you could need - napkins, cooking oils, coffee and tea. Much bigger than I thought it would be and stunning views from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Would highly recommend as location is great for exploring and easy to get to train station too. We were a family of 4 with a 3 year old and it was perfect for us!
