The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Spend a holiday in the heart of the Tuscan countryside in this cozy stone house with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings in solid oak, furnished with paintings of author , equipped with all comforts. Enjoy yourself by swimming in the large infinity pool (18m X 9m, open from May 1st to October 15th for guests of Stone house use only) or relax in an armchair under the loggia, tasting a glass of Chianti wine in front of the rolling hills of vineyards, olive groves, woods and medieval villages.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. It is equipped with a double bedroom, a large living room with a big table, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed in front of the fireplace, in the living room. Sispantu Sa 'oghe 'e su 'entu Cottage

S’ispantu, che in sardo significa "meraviglia", è un rifugio immerso nella natura con panorami mozzafiato su mare e montagne. Il cottage offre 3 camere, 2 bagni, cucina open space e 3 terrazze panoramiche. Due piscine condivise incastonate nelle rocce, una con idromassaggio riscaldato, rendono il soggiorno unico. Privacy e relax sono garantiti. A pochi minuti da Arzachena e dalla Costa Smeralda.

Chianti Fienile indipendente

L'agriturismo è stato ricavato da un caratteristico fienile in pietra di 70 mq. completamente ristrutturato e arredato con mobili antichi. Vista panoramica sulle colline chiantigiane con tramonti mozzafiato. Dal 1° marzo al 31 dicembre gli ospiti dovranno pagare una tassa di soggiorno di 2 euro a persona al giorno. I bambini fino ai 14 anni non pagano.

Boheme Cottage with swimming pool

Boheme Cottage is in the south part of Rome and has a nice garden all around. Nearby there is the archeological spot of Parco dell'Appia Antica and the Sanctuary of Santa Maria del Divino Amore. The swimming pool is open from early June to late September.

Villa L' Uliveto-Calmcation

This little house is our home when we are not working and we love it. It is as secluded as you can be in Praiano, sitting in 2.5 acres of terraced olive grove, and far from other houses. All you see from the house is sea. A place to fall in love in!
