The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Das Studio-Pfauen ist an der Hauptgasse, 5 Min. vom Zentrum und 10 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt. Es ist für 2 Pers. eingerichtet und befindet sich im 3. Stockwerk mit eigenem Eingang. Geeignet für Velo und/oder Töff- Fahrer da sich unsere Werkstatt im EG befindet. Buchen sie bei uns 3 Nächte oder länger erhalten sie die Appenzeller Ferienkarte mit 25 attraktiven Gratisangebote, sowie An und Rückreise mit dem ÖV in der Schweiz. Bitte mind. 4 Arbeitstage vorher buchen. Wir freuen uns auf Gäste.

Diese Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe von Kantonsspital, Uni, Olma Messen, Theater und Stadtzentrum. Die Drei Weieren laden zu einem Spaziergang ein. Das charmante Apartment verfügt über 4 Zimmer, die Küche mit Gasherd ist voll augestattet. Das Doppelbett und die drei Einzelbetten, aufgeteilt auf drei Schlafzimmer bieten Platz für 5 Personen. Hervorragender Standort für Weekends, Messebesuche oder eine Weiterbildung. Auch längere Arbeits- und Studienaufenthalt sind möglich.

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region. LGBT-friendly

charmante Maisonette-Wohnung

Im malerisch gelegnen Dörfchen im appenzelleschen Wienacht - Tobel liegt die kleine, aber feine 1.5 Zimmer Maisonette-Wohnung in einer alten Scheune aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Der Weiler liegt direkt oberhalb des Bodensees - ruhige Wohnlage in mitten vom Grünen. Der Ort wirkt ein wenig verschlafen und ist somit idealer Urlaubsort zum entspannen und geniessen. Er liegt 5 min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Rorschach-Heiden-Bergbahn entfernt.

Zur Geduld (direkt am Bahnhof)

Habitación privada en la planta baja (sótano) con baño privado. ¡No hay cocina ni tampoco instalamos cocinas temporales, no es posible la preparacion de alimentos en la habitacion! Sólo el lavadero es compartido. Ubicación perfecta. A menos de 100 metros de: Estación de tren, parada de autobús, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (centro cultural), Cafetería Gleis 8, instalaciones comerciales, aparcamiento Cityparking.

Ferienwohnung klein aber fein

Unser Haus steht am Rande des Dorfzentrums. Eine grosse alte Birke ist das Wahrzeichen in unserem Garten. Das stattliche Holzhaus wurde vor 140 Jahren im Biedermeierstil erbaut und ist in all den Jahren nur wenig verändert worden. Es widerspiegelt noch heute eine vorausblickende und weltoffene Generation. Ganz in diesem Sinne heissen wir Gäste aus nah und fern willkommen.

St. Gallen zentral und gemütlich

Diese hübsche 1-Zimmer Wohnung liegt an zentraler Lage im Parterre mit separatem Eingang, kleinem Sitzplatz und eigener Küche. Sie wird sonst als Praxisraum benutzt. Das Badezimmer erreichst du in 1 ½ Meter Distanz über den Flur. Es ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Spanisch. Auf Italienisch kann ich mich irgendwie verständigen.

The studio is centrally located and well connected to public transportation. On three levels, it offers a sunny living area, a sleeping gallery, private bath and kitchenette. It creates the atmosphere of a loft based on the tiny house movement. Please keep always in mind to use the different levels and the connecting ladders always with care and at your own risk.

Quiet beautiful furnished flat

Feel comfortable in our flat. The apartment has a separate entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private parking space available. The next bus stop is 200 meters away, the train station Rebstein-Marbach is 1.5 kilometers away. Grocery stores are 5 min (bakery) and 10 min (supermarket) away. Extra mattress for one child is available.

Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in dieser kleinen aber sehr feinen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben den OLMA Messehallen im Osten der Stadt St.Gallen und verfügt über eine ausgestattete Küche und ein eigenes Badezimmer.
