Had a very cozy stay.. the place is accurate to the listing and photos: super clean, organized, and had everything I needed. The host Edgar was friendly and responsive, and the co-host (aka his cat) Don was adorable and really added to my experience haha. Would recommend!

We have been renting Airbnb properties in Capitola for years. This unit was by far my favorite. Absolutely everything was perfect. The place was immaculate and so well outfitted. I hope to come many many more times!

Beautiful property with unbeatable views. We loved sitting out on the deck and looking out at the ocean. The fireplace was awesome too. The location, parking, and amenities were all convenient and as described.

Ann Marie and her family were so nice. They are very welcoming and just the most friendliest people I have ever met. They have friendly neighbors too! The room is so private and away from the other bedrooms. It was complete with everything, cable, internet, comfy bed, windows throughout.. The bathroom is also remodeled and really clean. .The stay were definitely pleasant.

This was my first time in the USA, and being from Australia it was what I considered to be a great location away from the hustle and bustle. There is quaint little park across the street and very friendly neighbours who walk their pets daily. The complex was easy to find and there is lots of parking on the street during the day, but obviously when people come home from work, spaces are limited directly at the front. There are lots of spaces on off streets and its no more than a 5 minute walk from either direction. The unit is very clean and exactly looks the pictures. Cindy was so accommodating and helpful. I didn't know how to use the shower and Cindy was quick to respond to my messages. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the washing machine and dryer that is available to use in the front room. The internet was great and having a full kitchen to use was so helpful. I highly recommend Cindy and her property. It was an enjoyable and stress free stay. Thank you so much.

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Great location. We had one of our office guests stayed at the place. He felt very comfortable with the location. The local vibe of Willow Glen is really hidden jewel in San Jose area and 5 min drive to San Jose downtown. Thank you!

It was a great 2 week stay. Every day essentials were provided which was great for my hubby who travels around California for work. Loved the outdoor area to hang out after work and enjoy some outdoor quiet time.

Mayela’s place is conveniently located to shopping, freeway and food. Parking was a little tight but doable. Neighbors were very nice.

Had a wonderful stay at Ling’s place .. it was awesome place with amazing beach just a walk away . Really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely book again if ever wanted to come again . Place was exactly like the description.

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

407 Seascape is the best unit I’ve stayed at at seascape resort. The view was awesome and the interior of the unit was beautiful. It was squeaky clean and looked like it had recently been remodeled. David was a great host and was very responsive. All the small details made us feel right at home. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely home! The house was very clean and well-maintained, and it’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that made for a relaxing stay. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient. One of the highlights was the amazing view of the ocean right from the house absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent stay. I was in for 7 nights and felt like home. The instructions were clear and easy to navigate. Will stay again when I am back.

This was the first air bnb i’ve ever stayed and it was great. the view was beyond beautiful. There was so many things offered to us like boogie boards, board games, and other family fun. Definitely recommend staying here. It’s so peaceful, you can hear the waves crashing from the ocean while sitting on the couch. I will definitely be returning!!

Loved our stay! The view was beautiful, could hear the ocean waves, close to the pool/spa and hotel shuttle to the beach was fabulous. The room was clean and had everything we needed for us and our 2 kids. Greg’s communication was great. Will definitely book again!
