Right from the beginning Giovanni was both friendly and accommodating. He did our check-in in person which I really appreciate, and spent time making sure we understood how everything in the apartment worked. He also provided us with a great list of local restaurants and his recommendations. The apartment itself was in a superb location, only minutes walk from everything we wanted to see and do in Bari. It was bright, open and airy, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well provisioned and well furnished. The pictures show the apartment exactly how it is in reality. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose and would highly recommend it. My wife and I came to Bari with our children and our grand daughter and have only positive things to say about our stay in Giovanni's apartment.

Stor, välstädad lägenhet i genuin italiensk stil som passade oss väldigt bra. Stora rum och väl tilltagna sällskapsytor gjorde boendet till en fröjd. Nära till shopping och restauranger. Bra läge på lägenheten om man söker stadslivet i en pittoresk småstad i Italien. Bra värdskap som gav oss tips på sevärdheter och aktiviteter. Tack!

Abbiamo scelto questo alloggio per l’ evento “notte della taranta”. Posizione strategica, possibilità di parcheggio auto facile. Abbiamo concordato con Francesco l’orario di check in e check out.. molto disponibile e accogliente. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato la casa con una temperatura ideale, dato che Francesco ha avuto la premura di accendere l’aria condizionato. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella Dimore sul Mare, la vista dalla terrazza è impareggiabile; l’appartamento risulta molto pulito, fornito di tutto il necessario. L’host è molto accogliente, attivo e simpatico. Consigliamo fortemente l’appartamento se si passa a Bari.

Best place for a workation! Perfect fast Internet connection and a nice place for two people to work all day and enjoy dinner in one of the lovely surrounding villages either by the sea or in the mountains. The bed was super comfy. Communication with Pamela was easy and quick.

Mein Partner und ich waren für zwei Wochen in der Wohnung von Anna und Antonio. Die zwei sind äußerst hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Unsere Fragen wurden stets in kürzester Zeit beantwortet und sie haben uns sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt, nachdem unser Flug sehr spät ankam. Ich kann die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Restaurants, Cafes und Bars sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der öffentliche Strand ist in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schön eingerichtete und sehr geräumige Wohnung. Auffallend gegenüber anderen Wohnungen ist die Ausstattung der Küche. Es macht richtig Spaß hier zu kochen.

Gorgeous hilltop apartment with two terraces affording stellar views. Beautifully decorated with exposed stonework and wooden beams. Sitting on the top terrace with wine as the town lit up at night, was truly magical. It's a very special place. Highly recommend this off the beaten path hidden gem.

what an amazing place !!!!!! . it was our first time to Monopoli and been situated just a 20min walk to the old town and access to the number 1 & 3 bus meant you can get to the town's train station very easily and cheaply the accommodation is well presented and very clean and tidy and all facilities worked. The washing machine down stairs was a real treat as it meant we could have packed less clothes . The bed was very comfortable and as the weather was very and hot we didn't need to use the sauna. There are 2 great supermarkets only a 2 minute walk away so all your food/drink needs are sorted. three areas number of small beaches nearby, some are free while others charge ( 30e for 2beds and an umbrella A special mention must go out to our contact ANNA who was so helpful with local information regarding restaurants/buses/ shopping. her response to any query was always prompt and helpful. can't wait to go back next year )

My wife, son and I spent 4 days in Francesco’s condo. The place was well situated, away from the hustle and bustle of the center of town but close enough to get to by foot. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Francesco provided free on premise parking which was nice. Francesco also greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco and other goodies. That’s a really nice gesture. Definitely recommend Francesco’s condo.

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was spacious, modern, beautifully renovated, and spotless. We really appreciated how easy it was to access the apartment. Alessandro was extremely responsive and always attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Parking was easy to access and free, which was a big plus. The bed — and really everything — was super comfortable. The city itself felt a bit quiet in April, but the square had a nice vibe and the people were absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend!

Merci à Nadja qui nous a sortis d'une belle impasse de l'arnaque à la location de voiture , nous lui sommes très reconnaissants C’est une hôte super dévouée et généreuse et il y avait aussi tout ce qu’il fallait pour manger et cuisiner. Gîte original, authentique de l'habitat urbain des Pouilles , très bien modernisé et qui complète le dépaysement . Tout près de port de pêche en plein centre ville très vivant, la mer à 200 mètres , avec des commerces de bouche très qualiteux dans la ville que l'on a pu repérer . Mona di bari est bien situé en bord de mer et permet de visiter une belle partie des pouilles avec des trains qui sont au top et des bus plus difficiles à repérer

Ich war als Alleinreisender in Giuseppes Wohnung. Eigentlich ist es ein ganzes Reihenhaus am Ende einer Gasse gerade ausserhalb der Altstadt: Eingang – eine schmale Treppe hoch für die eigentliche Wohnung – eine weitere schmale Treppe hoch zur Waschküche und zur grossen Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick über die Altstadt bis zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber ohne unnötigen Kram, aber sie ist nicht riesig. Vor allem das Badezimmer ist eher für schlanke Leute gemacht. Alles Angebotene in der Unterkunft funktioniert bestens (Warmwasser, Waschmaschine, WiFi, Gaskochherd, Gasbackofen). 5 Sterne für a) die Lage (sehr ruhig, 5 Minuten zu Fuss zur Promenade mit allen Restaurants, aber fernab vom Trubel b) die Park-Karte erlaubt das unbegrenzte Parken in der blauen Zone (Ich fand immer einen Parkplatz im Umkreis von 200 m) c) die grosse Dachterrasse. Zufahrt bis vors Haus nur zum Ausladen des Gepäcks, keine Mikrowelle, Möbel auf der Terrasse etwas verwittert. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Great Airbnb in the historic center of Martina Franca. Clean, comfortable, and looks just like the pictures. The hosts are wonderful and helpful. Great cafes and restaurants a 3 minute walk away. Very clean. The apartments is an 8-minute walk from free parking—we never had trouble finding a spot. It's definitely tricky to find at first—so be prepared for that although the hosts have provided the best directions possible. If you want to explore Martina Franca, stay here!

È stata una settimana bellissima, la casa è molto accogliente e fornita di tutto il necessario. Il villaggio è estremamente curato e offre numerose attività sia per gli adulti che per i bambini. Mia figlia (12) ha sfruttato l’eccellente animazione, ha anche fatto il corso di subacquea. La spiaggia è di ciottoli, a 7 minuti a piedi dalla villetta. La piscina olimpionica è fantastica. All‘interno del villaggio ci si può spostare anche con le navette. Abbiamo mangiato alcune volte al ristorante/pizzeria I Delfini, nel villaggio adiacente, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. All‘interno del villaggio c’è un minimarket per i beni di prima necessità. La sera l’animazione offre spettacoli nell’anfiteatro a ridosso della spiaggia. Avevamo anche il nostro posto auto all’entrata della struttura. Nel complesso un villaggio strepitoso, immerso nel verde. Danila, la nostra host, è una persona squisita, gentilissima e disponibilissima. Il check-in e il check out sono stati senza alcun problema. Voto: 10

Tolle Unterkunft! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Gute Lage um die Gegend zu erkunden. Nach Otranto sind es weniger als 10 Minuten, zur wunderbaren Baia de Turchi etwa 15 Minuten. Emanuela wohnt nebenan und war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat bei unseren Fragen sehr schnell reagiert.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 17 Leuten dort und alle hatten ausreichend platz zum schlafen oder sich zurückzuziehen. Es gab genügend Badezimmer sodass niemand warten musste. Der Pool war immer sauber und warm selbst um 3 Uhr nachts. Das Haus und die Gegend sind in natura noch viel schöner und der Sonnenuntergang ist einfach traumhaft. Es hat dort an nichts gefehlt. Bei der Ankunft gab es Getränke und Essen. Die Besitzer sind wahr Schätze, total nett und Gastfreundlich. Wir hatten eine wundervolle und spaßige zeit dort und können das Haus von ganzem Herzen empfehlen und werden in naher Zukunft aufjedenfall wieder besuchen.
