We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The location is truly unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and Dubai Marina Mall nearby. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was very clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be that the interior could benefit from a bit of updating. However, everything was functional and comfortable, so this was not a major issue. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again!

Our stay at Talal’s flat in Muscat was more than just a holiday—it truly felt like a home away from home. From the very beginning, Talal stood out as an exceptional host, he is very communicative, kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help. He was incredibly responsive to every message, whether we had a question, needed a recommendation, or just wanted to check in. His support made everything smooth and stress-free, and by the end of the trip, he felt more like a friend than a host. The flat itself exceeded our expectations. It is simply PERFECT! It’s spacious, spotlessly clean, totally furnished incredibly quiet,which is something essential for us. Everything we needed was provided, You can really tell that Talal has put care and thought into making his guests feel welcome. The location is also perfect: just a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Muscat and also ideally situated for exploring the city. We miss everything!We’re already looking forward to coming back

Our stay was really good, nice host, really helpful, it was a homely stay.

Shady is a very friendly host. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with a nice view of the canal. The photos nicely correspond to reality. The check-in/check-out process was very smooth: Shady provided all the instructions in advance. The building is relatively close to Yas Mall, Ferrari World, and SeaWorld, and there are two parks nearby. Overall, I highly recommend staying in Shady's place if you are visiting Abu Dhabi.

Rami was a welcoming host and made us feel at home. We would be very happy to use the apartment again should we visit Dubai in the future.

Jay's place was well maintained and really cozy. The location is very good, but the small details and instructions that he left in for us were really sweet.

I use Airbnb quite frequently and we rarely find a place which is as accurate and as clean as described. One of the best Airbnbs I have visited in recent years because of location , responsiveness , pricing , cleanliness , interior , housekeeping , etc etc. The housekeeper / helper named Nirvruti was super courteous and polite guy. They made amazing homemade food in best price. This place is hardly 5 minutes walk from the beach. I am definitely coming next time.

What a wonderful experience. Namzy went absolutely above and beyond to help me with check in, finding local spots, checking how it was all going and just generally amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! The place is perfect for its location, views and amenities. The space was really homely and so much care and attention was given to every guest. Overall we really liked our stay here. Preeti was super communicative throughout the trip and checked in on us daily. There was a minor inconvenience on the first day when the electricity in the area was out so the living room AC wasn’t working (bedroom was functional though) but apart from that everything was great. The place was well fenced so we could let our dog roam about. The space is very nicely setup and was very comfortable. There’s a nice mountain path one can follow outside the property for a light trek. Special mention to the cook at the property. The food was so good that we easily ate twice our normal appetite. Will definitely visit again.

Lovely property, the riverside infinity pool and views are very serene and peaceful. The interiors are luxurious and aesthetic. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly, good host team too. Thank you for hosting us. Will definitely visit soon again.

amazing location and apartment l, beautiful view I enjoyed watching all types of yachts and volts and jetski's pass by from the balcony 😀 great spot for boat show for people who appreciate beauty of yachts😉 but unfortunately the time I wanted to use the swimming pool it was closed for maintainance cleaning but I enjoyed that view and very understanding i over slept on the time of check-out. I recommend this place 👌 thank u harpal and team for the support much appreciated 👏

Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft und Bader ist der beste Gastgeber, den ich bislang hatte. Die Wohnung ist neu, sauber und extrem konfortabel. Sie lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Bader ist einfach toll: Er hat mir nicht rund um die Wohnung, sondern auch rund um de gesamten Aufenthalt seine Hilfe angeboten. Hilfsbereit, verständnisvoll umd freundlich. Würde immer und immer wieder Baders Unterkunft mieten. Danke für Alles!
