La comunicación con Karan desde el principio al final ha sido muy fácil. Éramos un grupo de amigos con nuestros niños de 6 y 15 años y hemos pasado unas vacaciones de 7 noches inolvidables. La casa es la mejor sin duda de la isla con todas las comodidades y un equipo estupendo! Despertarse justo en nuestra playa privada ha sido un sueño. La estancia ha sido inmejorable gracias al manager de Veli Vilaa Monda y a todo su equipo Sejan,Suif, Abdallah y Shimul siempre dispuestos para todo y con una sonrisa. Recomendable 200%

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

It was a very nice, clean and cool place. The people who were with us always helped us. We never faced any problem in the house. We felt like we were staying in our own home. We had never seen such a beautiful and lovely place. Thanks to Airbnb and thanks to Paras, our host. This was our best trip till date because of Paras and Airbnb.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Villa during my visit to Goa, and it was nothing short of amazing! The villa boasts good, clean, and well-maintained rooms with a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The washrooms are spotless and hygienic , which added to the overall comfort of the stay. It’s equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for, including a modular kitchen, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. The spacious sitting area is a great spot to relax and unwind with family or friends. What sets this villa apart is its lucarative location . It’s conveniently located, providing easy access to all the exotic places in Goa, making sightseeing and exploring a breeze. A special mention to the wonderful hosts, Juwel and Diviya, and the house in-charge Surekha ji, who were extremely helpful and cooperative. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Highly recommend.

Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

everything was perfect. stayed here with 3 kids. We received the apartment after painting and cleaning. The house is spacious and comfortable, 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, and communication with Ditesh was excellent. For everything we asked for or needed, we received an immediate response. thanks for everything

The view of Talpone river from the kitchen/balcony was stunning! The staff was incredibly attentive and took good care of our family. Thank you! The beds were comfortable and they provided clean bed sheets and towels. The outside kitchen was great to cook basic food, the fridge/freezer and the fresh water filter was a big advantage and they even put milk/coffe/eggs and bread in the fridge for us wich was a very warm welcoming. This area is a bit remote so you probably need scooters to go around/shopping/eating. Really nice location to get away from the crowd not far from beautiful and more quiet beaches. It would've been nice if the outside sitting area in the balcony was more comfortable to sit as the chairs/table was a bit overused. We had a few small requests and Axel and his staff were always happy to help. Thank you for a really nice vacation. We highly recommend!

Since the listing had no name, we had trouble finding the place. The photos of the property have changed as they are extending. Ahkil then sent somebody to meet us, which was great. Initially, the room we were taken to didn't match the Air B&B listing (the photographs, the space or the sea view) . However, Shabi was quick to rectify the mistake on the listing and we had the loveliest room with sea view, huge bathroom and bath. The room (101) is massive and has a/c, smart tv, balcony with sunbeds. There is currently work to extend the small complex so there was a lot going on and all staff were really nice. I would stay here again, in one of the sea view rooms. Shabi is a great host and couldn't do enough for us, he can also organise moped hire from the resort. Thanks Shabi and co for a great stay 🙂 To get here, you go through the restaurant to the left of 'Mosh'.

It's an outstanding place, quiet and inviting to relax. The pool is perfect for refreshing. Nature all around! In the morning you hear and see many different bird. The restaurant allows a view to the fields and the river. We will come back again to this place.
