We had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy, had a warm and inviting ambiance, and truly felt like a home away from home. The team was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our needs, which made our experience even better. The location was perfect because it was just ten minutes away from all the happening spots. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying here. The flat is part of a hotel “Grand Residency” and so you don’t always get the same flat, although they’re all identical. We love the location (right in the heart of Bandra) and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly and polite. The bed linen is always clean and the beds are comfortable. The apartments is clean but I do think the rooms could use a refresh/deep clean, especially the bathroom and the sofa upholstery. All in all, this is our go-to place every time we visit family in Mumbai and Aaquib is very responsive.

We had a great stay. Peaceful neighbourhood. The house is very thoughtful and put together with all the amenities Accessible to many restaurants, walkable, lots of things to do nearby. Would definitely come back again!

Po pierwsze kapitalna lokalizacja, po drugie super mieszkanie, po trzecie i najważniejsze Lilla jest bardzo pomocna i uprzejma. Polecam gorąco!

We stayed at Gurpreet's place for two nights. It is as described in the listing. We had reached earlier and they accomodated an early check in. The process is smooth. The house is close to the main Candolim area but around it there are a few options, everything is about a km away. Since we were driving this was not an issue. At check in there were two minor issues - 1. the water filter was not working and this was highlighted by Jay P himself. Enough bottled water was supplied for the stay. 2. One of the sheets had some minor stains and Jay P changed it immediately. There were enough clean towels and some basic toiletries. Both Gurpreet and Jay P are very responsive and helpful. Rooms are nice and all appliances and wifi work well. Only suggestion for improvement would be a bit thicker mattress in the main bedroom.

Had a wonderful experience right from the word go...The host is very cooperative and genuine as she was very flexible with our checking timings. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities. We would love to be again there !!!!

The stay was very comfortable and the host was very friendly. The rooms were clean and all the amenities were convenient including the AC and wifi. The location is beautiful and calm.

Hanane and Mohammed were so easy and lovely to deal with. Any issues and they were quick to respond and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The location was great, not too long to get out/in of JVC and located well for a nice morning walk to coffee or lunch spots. The pool on level 1 was sun drenched and the perfect spot in the middle of the day. Front security were always warm and welcoming. Overall it was a great choice for a short term stay for 1 person!

Overall it was great since I was there only a few hours to sleep every day.

A lovely apartment with a balcony, conveniently located within walking distance to Dubai Mall. Everything was nearby, and my stay was truly pleasant—everything was perfect.

the property was very neat and clean. daily sweeping and mopping was done to maintain the cleanliness of the property. the pool was good, gym was well equipped. the location was very nice, calm and peaceful. will definitely recommend this place and will have this first on my list for my further visits

It was a perfect stay. Bert was a great host who was very kind and available for all our questions. He brought us coffee capsules for the coffee machine and water. Definitely recommend this place, amazing view from the apartment. Well equipped gym and good pool bar with good service.

Had an opportunity to stay in this apartment. It was comfortable and cozy, same as the pictures and discription. Great wifi connection, suitable for those who wants to work remotely and chill at the same time. The host was proactive and supportive. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Had an amazing stay here! The place is beautiful and well-maintained from the inside—super comfortable with a good AC setup. It had all the basic crockery and an induction stove, which made it easy to cook small meals. Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. Location is perfect—just a 5-7 minute walk to Benaulim Beach. Also very close to great spots like Goodfellas and The Southern Deck. The hosts were absolutely amazing—super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, convenient stay near the beach!

This place is just home away from home. Place was clean and nit just like shown in the picture. Everything was kept perfectly. It was so welcoming and he even came to meet me while checking out. Luis and his son Wilbur are the most friendliest hosts. I would love to visit again and again.
