We absolutely LOVED staying at this house, its beautiful, roomy and great for the whole family. Of corse the kids loved the pool, they went swimming every day we were there! It’s great for little ones too, room for our 8th month old to crawl around. We stayed during sand fest and it’s just in the right area to be apart of the fun but get away from it too. The top deck is wonderful for coffee and seeing the sunrise. Hopefully we can come stay again!

Cute, cozy clean place. Screened in front porch made during rainy weather was a great rustic feeling plus. Well worth the money!

Our stay was just what we were looking for. It’s a 1min walk from the beach and the pool is really big! The grills were a plus. It was a nice little town that was walkable or you can also rent a golf cart to get around which was really cool. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Such a beautiful cottage. Went above my expectations and I will be returning. Space was clean and cozy. Hosts communicated through trip and made our stay wonderful.

This is a great home to get away from it all! It has great wifi. Its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk around the neighborhood freely with hardly any traffic to worry about. Martha and her husband are beyond nice and actively help make your stay everything you want it to be! The house has everything you could possibly need to live there. I highly recommend this place!

Greatly enjoyed our time. Ten minutes walk to the beach through a mostly calm neighborhood. fun private pool. comfortable couches and bed.

Me and my friends spent a good time at beachhead. The amenities were very well kept… the restroom by the pool even had a shower and was clean. They also had some very nice lounge areas. The condo itself was very clean, the only thing we noticed was that the master bedroom had some sand under the comforter. Other than that we loved our stay. They even had some board games in the condo for the guests. The sunrise and sunset were such wonderful views from the master bedroom. They do have all the essentials for you to cook and that includes a coffee maker (of course you need to buy the food.) The pictures shown is what we saw and loved. Pretty easy access to the beach and a warm pool for the windy days. We would definitely book again ❤️

We had a wonderful stay! Place was clean and had all items you could need for a little weekend getaway!

Place was nice, great open floor plan for entertaining. The downstairs patio is were we spent most of the time. Pool bigger then what is shown in pictures. I had a issue with the grill on the first night and when i reached out to Avantstay they sent some one out to try to fix the regulator but ended up bringing out a brand new grill. Very impresses with the communication and service with Avantsay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The unit was super cute with a lot of attention to detail. We were very comfortable and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. 5/5 would stay here again.

Great condo, great location, clean and exactly as described. It’s literally within walking distance of the beach by use of the walkway. Super close to everything on mile marker 3.

Great quiet place to relax and enjoy the Bay waves. The living has a sliding that is literally 10-15 ft from the water. Great back deck to have lunch while the kids built sand castles. Nice size rooms and every room had a bathroom. Overall great experience.

A very cozy and well planned layout with two full separate bathrooms and attention to detail throughout. Thank you for the coffee and snacks as well! I’ll list as one of my favorites in Port Aransas.

Our family of 10 had a lovely stay. We would definitely stay again! Beds & sofa were comfy, we felt right at home. Easy drive to multiple restaurants, easy walk to beach. Beach chairs and toys on site which made our days at the beach even more fun!

William’s place was exactly as described on the listing. The condo is small but we loved the layout and our family of 6 fit very comfortably. The beds and couches were all very comfortable and I loved that dining table fit 6 people nicely as well. The location is the best part, so close to the beach! We had a great weekend at the beach. Would do it again!

This is our 2nd time staying at Lee’s place and it was as great as always.

The place was beautiful. It was very convenient to the Sandfest, it literally was steps away. Plenty of security . The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own Toilet paper and paper towels, lol. There was plenty provided but I am almost certain that it was probably from Dollar Tree. I am kinda spoiled , so in the big picture this was not an issue. I just went to one of the conveniently located stores and bought my own. It was very clean and had a beautiful view. I'm glad we were on the 2nd floor because the first floor would have just been a view of the dunes. They did leave us complimentary koozies, hat, and a tote bag which was nice. There was plenty of communication from AvantStay. Clear instructions, and not a giant to do/clean list upon checkout. I am always confused why there is a cleaning fee and a chore list. It really should be one or the other.We had a great time at Sandfest and would stay with them again.
