This place is "THE" Place to stay when in Rockport or Aransas. Plenty of room for multiple people to stay comfortably. Plenty of room for eating and gathering for lots of people.

A great place to stay in Rockport. House was very clean and had everything you needed. We enjoyed our stay !

This is a great home to get away from it all! It has great wifi. Its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk around the neighborhood freely with hardly any traffic to worry about. Martha and her husband are beyond nice and actively help make your stay everything you want it to be! The house has everything you could possibly need to live there. I highly recommend this place!

Jay was a great host! the house is completely clean, updated and beautiful. Furniture was comfortable and lots of room for a big family or friends! we had a great stay and we are already making plans to come back!

Excellent home to stay at. The amenities were great. We loved being able to fish off the deck. Place looked exactly like the pictures. We were able to bring our dog, which is a huge plus for us. Thank you for a great stay.

We made our annual fishing trip for my son's 25th birthday, and Sydney's Place was the perfect place for our weekend stay. The home was comfortable and so clean! We loved being on the canal and using the kayak provided by the owners. We loved sitting on the back deck while he fished from the dock in the mornings. We look forward to making another trip soon.

The home was beautiful and clean. They had a barbecue we used and would’ve taken advantage of the kayaks if the wind wasn’t blowing as hard as it was. The kitchen was great to cook a feast. All in all, just a beautiful and peaceful home. We truly enjoyed ourselves! Mahalo and aloha!!

Everything was great, nice place and super easy check in. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at the “Best little Shore House in Texas”… kitchen was very well equipped, beds and furniture comfortable,plenty of towels and beach equipment.There was a constant breeze on the porches which kept the mosquitoes away. Accommodations were better than descibed. The only downside is the long walk to beach which turned into an upside since you really need to rent a beach buggy and they are a lot of fun! I highly recommend this lovely home!
