Our stay was just what we were looking for. It’s a 1min walk from the beach and the pool is really big! The grills were a plus. It was a nice little town that was walkable or you can also rent a golf cart to get around which was really cool. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Wonderful place, will have to revisit this location.

Admittedly smaller than expected, but it does in fact sleep 8 and my party of 4, a dog, and I were comfortable. Everything was clean and worked as expected. The hot water worked REALLY well. lol The host was very quick to respond. I don't have any real complaints other than I couldn't find the dust pan. I feel bad about sweeping up a pile of sand and dog food and just leaving it by the trash can. I do apologize for that. In any case , I would absolutely stay there again. Thanks, yall!

Stay was great. Pictures does not do it justice. Incredibly spacious and clean. More than enough room for the whole party. Outside patio was comfortable and private. One additional parking space would have been nice but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. Each room was filled with the necessities and we felt really taken care of during our stay. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach and downtown which was great. The place was very neat and looked exactly like the pictures shown on the page. Tim was responsive and friendly and gave us helpful information to ensure we had a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location is perfect-just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made our daily beach trips so easy and enjoyable. We visited during SandFest, and the convenience was unbeatable. There was a free golf cart shuttle right next to the condo that took us straight to the front of the event, making the experience stress-free and fun. Especially with kids! The condo itself was comfortable and well-equipped, ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. Super easy checkin experience and a very responsive property manager that gave us lots of helpful recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for both the festival and our regular beach days. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was absolutely perfect for our family... clean, spacious, and had a very cozy, homey feel. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear the hosts put a lot of care into maintaining the space. The location was also ideal, just a short walk to great restaurants and the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent option in Port A. Away enough from the busy area and close enough to the beach, restaurants, and convenience stores. Besides, the marina is beautiful, peaceful, and the view from all floors is unbeatable. Customer service is also awesome. Don't browse any further. This is the one if you like great home décor on top of it all.

Little Bay landing is amazing! We loved the location, but we loved the condos just as much. The rooms are pristine and cozy. The outdoor patios give you a little privacy if that is what you seek or you can join in with others at the HUGE pool that is the center piece of the interior courtyard. Fantastic for families who seek to be close to all of the main attractions of Rockport, but also gives you your own little piece of heaven when you want to relax.

Stayed mid January till mid March and found this gem to be everything it was advertised to be. From location to quality of the unit it did not disappoint. Just minutes to the beach access locations as well as local restaurants.If planning a return to Port A. in the future this spot will be top of my list.

Beautiful home & outdoor pool area. Top notch decore & furniture. This would be a wonderful place to have lots of family or friends gather at. Kelly provides enough kitchenware to comfortably prepare meals. The washer & dryer is nice, no going home with dirty laundry. You're only minutes from the beach by car. Centrally located & close to everything you might need. The location is in a busy area with lots of road noise but once you're inside, it's barely noticeable. You can park within 6 foot of your condo door. The pool is absolutely gorgeous. One end is ankle deep with water features for kids & the other end graduates to 4'6", with sitting walls. Beautifully lit a night. No details were overlooked in the design of this property. Kelly was quick to respond to me. * As stated in the rental description, bedrooms are located on the upper level. There are 14ish stairs to get to the upper floor. This could be concern for some. Best Airbnb we've ever stayed at. We'll be back.

Excellent location . If you have a boat or kayak this place is for you as you have your own boat slip . Easy access,place was PRISTINE clean , clean linens just everything you need you had . Quiet neighborhood, friendly people , great restaurants around you , beach was close by , fishing was great . We traveled with another family we had enough room . The deck was amazing. Craig is very responsive , making sure our stay was great . We highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed. I forgot to mention great price point and check out was a breeze ! Thank you Craig we will be back we had so much fun we just ate too much lol Steve and Karen Cote

Awesome beach house!

Our stay at Gulfside Condominiums was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Bobbi, Nancy, and Andrew made sure everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions and great communication. The townhome itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the comforts of home. The location was perfect, and having designated parking made things even more convenient. The thoughtful touches, including fast WiFi and easy access to the beach, made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Port Aransas. Looking forward to returning!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and everything worked properly. Melissa was responsive and eager to help! Being on the canal was great. Having our boat right outside the back door was a huge plus for us. Will definitely stay again!
