AJ was a great host! The hot tub is clean and very nice! Very comfortable furniture as well! Also, he is very responsive if you have any questions!

Our family group of guests ranged four generations; in age from 2 - 90 years old (one with Dementia, who also uses a walker) and everyone was secure and delighted. The space has both a walk-in shower & bathtub. Property extremely well maintained, and we loved the local decor. The Hosts provided several personal details which were welcomed surprises & appreciated. Space was downstairs with a wide staircase that was easy to maneuver for all of us. The Spa area was private and a welcomed retreat. Jackie & Lee were SUPER HOSTS, we hope to get back to the Blue Bear Den. I highly recommend this Airbnb destination in Denver, Colorado.

Samuel’s place was perfect for us for our weekend getaway. House was clean and accommodating. Hot tub was wonderful after a surprise snowstorm. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. House instructions were clear and Samuel was very communicative.

Airbnb was great! Was in town for a short stay to visit a friend in the hospital. The stay offered great amenities and close restaurants near by. Host was great and appreciated the kindness.

Great unit! Very well laid out with bed, living, kitchen, and bath areas. Nice quiet location. Not too far from the airport. Easy access to bus routes. Nice walking distance to a full mall. Brianna was immediately responsive and very friendly. This was one of the best Airbnb units that I’ve stayed at.

This is a great place to stay, comfortable to everything. Evan and Brad's communication before and throughout made it an easy and relaxing trip with my daughter. The hot tub is a major plus!

Mark's place was extremely clean, most impressive was the spotless bathtub. Smaller details like a clean, fresh shower curtain made me very appreciative. The walls are thin but luckily the neighbors are super quiet, I did not have any issues with noise at any point of the stay. Parking was super easy to find in the building. Be warned that the condo is on the 2nd floor but you also have steps to climb from the parking lot to the stairs. Mark was also super flexible our arrival time and check-in. The wi-fi was sufficient for 2 people taking meetings throughout a workday. I'd highly recommend Mark's place for a stay in Denver.

The place was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space and amazing amenities. The yard was the perfect size for yard games and everyone in the group had good things to say. Patrick was friendly and responded almost immediately when I had questions. When I go back to Denver I’m looking for this place first.

First time in colorado and we stayed in this little home extension, it was really a nice place to chill and relax after being out all day exploring and hiking. The sauna and jacuzzi both functioned great and the place was clean
