We had a lovely stay – the house was perfect for our group, with plenty of space and a great layout. It’s well-equipped, beautifully located, and the views are stunning. Despite the wild weather, it was a relaxing place to unwind. We were lucky with sunshine on our last day and made the most of the lawn, trampoline, and pool. The house isn’t a show home and could use a refresh in places, but it’s comfortable, homely, and ideal for groups. Communication was easy and everything was as described. Would absolutely stay again – I bet it's even better in sunny weather!

We absolutely loved our stay! A beautiful home for our family holiday it was spacious and well equipped. The location is amazing, plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors and all the native birds but also a nice easy walk down to the beach for a swim and the many cafes. The house was great, awesome location, beautiful views, easy walk to the beach and local cafe, all amenities were provided, spa was a nice bonus. The whole family enjoyed there stay, beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, Kane was responsive on the only query we had which was how to use the tv downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Omaha. The house is perfectly located with an easy walk to the beach and golf club, and is well equipped for a large group. We enjoyed the sunsets on the deck, and Sky TV was a plus for watching the Australian Open!

I had such a great experience at Linda and Al's place! They offered free upgrade from unit downstairs to upstairs lodge, it was clean and cozy, with all the essentials we needed. The location was perfect—super close to Orewa shops, which made it easy to get around. Linda and Al was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed and even offered us late check out. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip! Thanks for such a memorable stay! :)

Beautiful surroundings house is immaculate the area was perfect, would I book this property out again most definitely 😍. Stunning sea view as soon as you wake up loved everything about it, my family and myself enjoyed our stay was also surrounded by beaches close to property and surrounding areas.
