Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área de asientos al aire libre en Aravaca, Moncloa - Aravaca

Mar estuvo pendiente de todo en todo momento, muy amable, aunque llegamos más tarde de lo planeado no nos puso ningún problema ¡gracias! La casa es tal como se ve en las fotos, zona muy tranquila y a 5 minutos del pueblo. Si buscas un sitio tranquilo para desconectar y estar en la naturaleza sin duda es ideal. El único "pero" es que la valla de la finca necesita arreglos y no pudimos tener sueltos a los perros sin estar pendientes de ellos, pero tampoco acompañaba el tiempo para que estuvieran fuera de casa. Maison très jolie et agréable à vivre , joli mobilier, en excellent état, jolie vaisselle, tout était parfait Penser juste que c est assez isolé et que le chemin de terre pour y accéder est long ce qui est agréable mais éloigné

Logement à proximité d’une station de métro et à 20 minutes du centre de Madrid. Logement situé dans un quartier calme et avec un petit centre commercial et des restaurants à proximité. Également un parc idéal pour les familles et enfants. Logement assez spacieux et agréable avec le patio. Seul problématique pas de parking gratuit si vous êtes en voiture. Je recommande fortement ce logement et Juan qui est un hôte très réactif et avec de précieux conseils.

Great private home in Madrid, perfect walking distance to many local eateries and markets. Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs!

A pesar de la lluvia del fin de semana, pasamos dos días muy buenos en la casa de Andrés, que tiene un área cubierta al aire libre. Recomendamos encarecidamente este alojamiento.

This is a great private house located south of Madrid. The living room is a very generous size and has all the amenities listed. Located in a residential areas makes this a very quiet and practical place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hellen and Matya’s place. The location is easy to find and short walk from metro stop, with a supermarket nearby. The place is really beautiful, with lots of light. Everything worked perfectly inside, great shower too. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, gave us clear instructions for checking in and out and made us feel welcome.

Ya habíamos estamos nos encantó y hemos vuelto. Seguiremos volviendo siempre que tengamos ocasión. Todo fenomenal, el apartamento, el espacio, los alrededores, la atención...

Joanna is so responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. She provided the perfect home away from home for our time in Madrid. Not only is it located is an absolute picturesque and walkable neighborhood, allowing us to experience the city as locals…her balcony served as the a stunning location for our first look wedding photos. 10/10

El apartamento nos resultó muy práctico, llegamos con facilidad y pudimos guardar el coche toda la estancia ya que la comunicación con el centro es buenísima con el metro. Todo estaba correcto, limpio y preparado para usar, con mucho menaje en la cocina. Ambiente agradable gracias a la calefacción que funcionaba perfectamente. No lo usamos por el clima pero vimos que tenia también aire acondicionado en los dos pisos. Tiene una terraza que hubiera sido genial pero el tiempo no nos acompañó y la lluvia nos impidió usarla. Considero importante destacar que las ventanas no tienen persiana todas con lo cual entra luz al amanecer. Esto según gusto puede ser un punto a favor o en contra pero creo que es importante saberlo.

Maria and Jesus were so friendly and helpful. Their place is lovely. Clean. Central. I would really recommend it.

The unit was in a great location! It was very walkable to numerous restaurants, city attractions, and the Metro. The unit was as described and clean when we arrived. Clara was very responsive and provided helpful maps and local recommendations. I would recommend this host and unit for future stays.

The apartment was beautiful and with an amazing location close to nice restaurants, Puertas de Alcalá and Parque de el Retiro. My family and I had a great experience with the apartment which was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious for families. It was our first time in Madrid and we couldn’t have chosen a better location and apartment. I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with family. Thank you Azu & Dani for hosting us. Excelente lugar, muy buena ubicacion, muchos servicios alrededor. De facil acceso al transporte publico y en coche. El apartamento impecable, limpio, super agradable, todo de primera. El lugar super tranquilo. Los anfitriones siempre en contacto y muy pendientes. Super recomendable.

Magnifique appartement, très propre, dans un endroit très calme et proche de Madrid . Propre, tout est fait pour être bien accueilli . Un mercadona se trouve à côté , on peut y aller à pied . tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. Carlo’s apartment was very well maintained and centrally located within walking distance to all the sites and museums we wanted to visit. The apartment was very spacious, we never felt crowded and the eight of us had no problems falling asleep. You can make a quick breakfast in the kitchen or go out for breakfast! Highly recommended!

This was truly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. And it was definitely the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in as well ! A few things worth mentioning… The gym is small, but so fantastic to have it and it is directly next-door to the apartment… So And the private terrace for the apartment is fabulous as well… It also has a really great coffee machine, but if you stay for more than a few days, and drink lots of coffee like us… You will need to buy beans . Love love love this place !!convenient !
