Our quaint, cosy house in Ferryden offers a wonderful holiday or short break experience for 2-4 people. The views from the house are stunning, ideally located just 15 steps from a small beach, or a short walk to the lighthouse. There's a village pub closeby, a good bus service and only a 20 -30 minute walk to Montrose where you'll find excellent restaurants and pubs, cinema, and a train station. There are so many things to do in the area including walking, fishing, photography, bird watching.

Newburgh, Fife is an historical town. In the 18th century linen was woven in weaving sheds and cottages which still reflects in its architecture today. The town is sandwiched between the river Tay and a hillside providing ample walks and other sport activities. Many visitors start on the ‘ Fife Coastal Walk’ from this location. The chapel has excellent wifi. The town is self sufficient with shops, post office, chemist, doctors, dentist, garage, gallery and its very own distillery!

The Annexe (Garden Cottage)

A bright airy annexe in a quiet rural setting with views of the countryside and the river Tay. The accommodation comprises one double bedroom, an open plan kitchen/dining/living room and shower room. There is also a private enclosed outdoor area and a shared drive for parking. We are only minutes from Monifieth with it's shops, pubs, restaurants, golf courses and beach with public transport/cycle path giving easy access to Carnoustie, Broughty Ferry and Dundee.

Scottish Countryside Bothy

A newly renovated Scottish bothy, set in the grounds of a listed Mill building in the Angus country side. Just a five minute drive or 25 minute walk to the spectacular Lunan Bay. The bothy consists of an open plan dining and living area, one bedroom with king size bed, and a mezzanine level with two singles which can also be joined together to form a super king. It's a lovely bright and cosy building with underfloor heating and a modern kitchen.

Cliff Walk Cottage has recently been upgraded to provide extreme luxury with a new hot tub, shower room and wood burning stove. The cottage is 3.5km from Arbroath adjacent to the scenic village of Auchmithie and sits on its own close to farm fields with no nearby neighbours. Pets welcome with the rear garden secure. Local nearby attractions include Arbroath harbour, Abbey, carnoustie golf course and beautiful beaches like lunan bay.
