The Air B and B is very handy for Belfast City Airport - 10-15 minute walk. The neighbourhood is quite quiet - just occasional flights overhead! The house is quite well-equipped, clean and spacious. Some info about recycling might be helpful - thanks.

Perfect place for our trip of 4 ladies. we had lots of space. The house was spotless and in a lovely quiet road. Shops all walkable for any essential items. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that gets you into the city centre but as there was four of us it sometimes worked out cheaper with a Uber. David was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and gave recommendations for places. He was also very flexible with our check in and out which helped us out a lot. All of the people we meet were so friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will return again! Great weekend.

Martin’s place was perfect for our group! While we are from N.I ourselves, it felt like a lovely home away from home! It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The shared spaces were perfect for our stay and plenty of room for each of us to have our own space! We loved it! Will definitely be back ☺️ Would highly recommend!

Great place, very homely in a fantastic location. If you’re staying in Belfast choose Nicola’s place. There is so much to do around her home and the bus goes from the door. If you are a family you can buy an all day family ticket for £10. The house was great and we were made to feel very welcome.

Had a wonderful stay at Chris’ flat. The property was perfect for our group of 3 adults, and the location was terrific for exploring downtown Belfast. Chris was a gracious host who met us onsite and provided a great list of local favorites. Would heartily recommend staying at Chris’ place!

The house is very comfortable and well located. It's an easy walk to the local cafes, pubs and restaurants. Dorothy provided lots of excellent information about local attractions and eateries - and a lovely welcome pack with bread, milk and other goodies. It's just a 10 minute drive to Donard car park if you want to hike in the Mournes. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. with our children rekindling some of their childhood memories. The location of the house could not be better. Just off the main street. The house had all you could ask for and a lovely garden space that was a sun trap on a nice day

Frances is a really friendly and responsive host and made us really feel at home. She provided a cot, high chair and bedding as we were travelling with our baby and toddler. The house felt homely and had everything you will need. The house is located on a busy road but it wasn’t really noticeable. It was easy to get from the airport by taxi and into town either by taxi or by bus. The G1 glider bus is a short walk away and take you to the city centre or towards Stormont. There is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away and some great tap bars just down the hill.

Catherine es una anfitriona muy amable y atenta. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, 15 minutos andando hasta el Ayuntamiento y la parada del bus prácticamente en la puerta. Hay un supermercado grande EuroSpar a unos dos minutos caminando desde el alojamiento, abierto todos los días hasta las 23:00 horas y una gasolinera. Sobre la limpieza, todo impecable. Las camas muy cómodas. Olvidamos llevar adaptador inglés de luz y Catherine nos proporcionó uno enseguida, muy atenta. Recomiendo el alojamiento de Catherine 💯.

we loved our stay at Stephen’s place; the house is lovely, was absolutely spotless and stylish and just a bit different and unique . His approach to welcoming us and to the decor etc was just so lovely and i can’t thank him enough for the extras which were provided; made our stay just that bit easier and made us feel welcome. Area is close to the bustling Ballyhackamure which is great for restaurants and cute little shops. we would also recommend the very local Bullhouse East for yummy pizza and beer!! All in all a great stay, a great flexible and communicative host who really made the stay; thank you, we will be back

The house is modern and well laid out with two good sized bathrooms. Well located near Queens University, the Botanic Gardens and the Ulster museum. Lots of choice in terms of restaurants in the locality. I would happily recommend

Daniel was helpful and professional and communicated with us from the initial booking up until checkout. He was online when we checked in to answer questions about the locations of items, and then again at check out to confirm instructions on how to leave the property. The property was in an ideal location for us (as we were here to attend some events) as well as being on a main and quick bus route into the main centre of the city. We would definitely recommend the property and would book again!

This really was an ideal place to stay for our night at the Kingspan watching the rugby. Shame the result didn’t go our way.

House is in a quiet residentual suburb. A short walk of about 3 mins to the shore. House has parking at front, excellent instructions to get inside. House is pristine and in excellent condition. Is exceptionally clean, tidy and in good order. Heating can be boosted of needed. Plenty of hot water. Linens, cooking utensils, bathroom etc are all clean. Has hair dryer, iron, clothes horse, microwave, washing machine, TV. Oven and hob easy to use. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Hannah’s for a friends wedding and extended weekend break so we really wanted a place to ourselves so we could come and go and also have space and privacy to cook and relax in the evenings and this ticked all the boxes. Location was great for us, the venue was walking distance and there’s plenty of bus routes into the city which is only a short ride away. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and Hannah kindly left a few local recommendations. The neighbourhood was very quiet too. Would highly recommend for couples looking for somewhere comfortable and quiet and conveniently located in Belfast

Beautiful stay. The house feels like home, has a relaxing energy, the host Danielle was super helpful and responsive. The beds are sooo comfy and the house is lovely and cosy. It’s also really spacious and has stunning decor. We had such a great stay.

Lovely property in quiet location outside Belfast with local attractions and services and easy reach to Belfast itself. Property was clean with all the amenities we required. Perfect family property. Owner responded to our questions promptly and was not intrusive. Play area close by, as well as coastal walk around the corner and bakery in the local town. Train service to Belfast was cheap and easy to catch. Will definitely consider booking again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David’s and would highly recommend. The house was super clean, comfortable and a real home from home. The location is spot on, set on a quiet residential street, but with a great selection of restaurants and bars on the doorstep and the glider stop for the 10 minute ride into the city centre is a stone’s throw away too. Finding the property and check in was hassle free and communication with David was great throughout. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
