Sehr schönes Haus in Top- Lage direkt am Strand! Super sauber, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Gärtner kommen drei Mal pro Woche, die Putzfrau ein Mal pro Woche . Separate Strom- Abrechnung sehr transparent und angemessen. Raquel war jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar. Einziges Manko: WLAN nicht separat abschaltbar. Das heißt, Mikrowellen- Bestrahlung rund um die Uhr! Führt bei mir persönlich zu Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel, Blutdruckkrisen etc.. Laut Aussage der Vermieterin ist das WLAN unabdingbar für die Funktion der Haustechnik... Weiteres Problem: Die Druck- Wasserpumpe für Frischwasser im Keller ist dermaßen laut und schrill, dass man eigentlich in keinem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß schlafen kann. Die Poolpumpe in der Keller- Garage hört man gar nicht. Super! Es war nicht festzustellen, warum eine Wasserpumpe so laut sein muß, dass keiner schlafen kann! Nach 3 Tagen Qualen wurde festgestellt, dass die Garten- Leitung ein Leck hat,und deswegen unglaublich viel teueres Wasser verloren ist

Maria’s place is great if you want some peace and quiet outside of Palma. The house was spotlessly clean. We shared a few messages before our arrival and I asked if the place had a bbq, unfortunately it didn’t. However, when we arrived we saw that Maria had been and brought one and a bag of coals to go with it! The house does have a faint smell of smoke which didn’t bother us but may bother others. You certainly need a car to make the most of what the island has to offer. All in all, a great stay. Thanks Maria!

Mein Mann und ich hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das kleine Häuschen und der herrliche Garten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben abends oft auf der Terrasse gesessen, gegrillt, einen Wein getrunken und die absolut traumhafte Aussicht genossen. Da wir uns einen Roller gemietet hatten, war die Unterkunft, die etwas weiter gelegen ist, gut zu erreichen. Obwohl das Häuschen etwas abseits im Hang liegt und damit absolut ruhig und privat, ist man dennoch innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten auf dem Marktplatz, von dem die Markthalle, samstags der Markt und alle Restaurants sowie Geschäfte zu erreichen sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder in Catherines bezauberndes Häuschen. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Vor allem die Küche hatte eine hochwertige Ausstattung. Es war ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für tolle Rennradtouren. Manel war ein äußerst netter sowie liebenswürdiger Gastgeber und Mensch!

A truly fantastic house in a fabulous location. Thanks to Mette and Christopher for sharing their holiday home where we had a wonderful week. The house is comfortable, well furnished and equipped. All local amenities including the supermarket, beach and shops/bars/restaurants all less than a 5 minute walk away. Everybody in the village was very friendly and welcoming. The beach umbrellas and chairs came in very handy and we loved the rooftop terrace for sundowners when we got back each day. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again

Zeer vriendelijk, behulpzame host. Het verblijf is een zeer charmante alleenstaande boerderij. Ideaal voor een gezin die houdt van rust en van diertjes. (Zowel de grazende geiten als de kerkuil die ons elke avond een bezoekje bracht.) Alle accommodatie aanwezig. Manacor ligt zeer centraal waarbij alle plaatsen op het eiland te bereiken zijn op ongeveer een half uur rijden. Geweldige tijd gehad!

We had an amazing time at Georgi’s place - the house is perfect for traveling in a larger group. The interior is beautiful, exactly matched the description and the kitchen was really well equipped. We’ll miss the stunning view of the little harbor & can only recommend the house for your next stay in Mallorca. Georgi was a great host, super friendly and we really appreciated his flexibility with check-in/out times.

The villa sits in a quiet location with very beautiful views across the fields (and gardens) surrounding it. The best part is the look from the outside: the long driveway when you arrive and the great stone building style are a typical Mallorca staple! The pool area is really great and everything is very clean and tidy. Just one thing, and this is taste: since we were there in February you do spend quite some time inside and the interior was not our style, and becuase of the clean interior and stone floor, the living room can sound a bit hollow. We totally accepted that, and the price/quality is really great for this place, and it is such a big house, you cannot go wrong! And if you visit in the warm months, then you will for sure just be hanging outside all the time! I would totally recommend for everyone who is looking for a remote retreat, that is close to the beach as well!
