Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

We had a wonderful stay in Roma and it was really nice to have nice places to walk around to find breakfast in the morning or for supper just before heading back to the very beautiful, sunny and cosy appartment. We were really happy thank you!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

The apartment was, as the description says, charming. Full of period touches as set out in the listing. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and thoughtful - they decorated the apartment and provided cake and spumante so we could celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and Giovanni came quickly to our rescue this morning when I managed to get a key stuck in the wrong lock! And as for the "secret room"! The kids had a whale of a time looking for it, and then sleeping in it once it had been discovered. An excellent stay - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Angelo was the perfect host! He allowed us to check in early. He met us at the apartment to show us around. The space is beautiful and it had everything we needed. It truly felt like home. I loved the electric blinds. So cool! The space was quiet and dark at night for sleeping. Very clean and cozy. The bathroom was nice as well. Having an area to get ready in separate from the toilet and shower was a perk for me and my daughter. Angelo gave us many wonderful suggestions. I would definitely recommend him and stay here again while in Rome.

Sehr schöne Ferien gehabt, die Unterkunft von Micaela ist einfach perfekt ! Sehr nah am Meer, Privat und ruhig. Torvaianica ist schön mit vielen heimischen Restaurants und unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten verbunden. Rom besuchen, auf jeden Fall! Micaela ist ein Engel und man sollte sich glücklich schätzen sie kennenlernen. Sie gibt sehr gute Ratschläge und kennt sich sehr gut aus. Jede frage würde sehr schnell beantwortet und sie ist sehr nett und freundlich. EGAL welche Uhrzeit. Sie war uns eine sehr große Hilfe. Wenn wir wieder nach Italien kommen dann sicher bei Micaela! Great little apartment. Coffee shop , pharmacy and little supermarket type shop downstairs really useful. Fantastic area to be in for restaurants and for proximity to the centre. Everything in walking distance.
