J'ai passé une expérience magnifique dans cet appartement ! ll est exactement comme sur les photos, très propre et bien agencé, L'endroit est situé dans une zone calme, tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités nécessaires, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Mariem, l'hôte, est vraiment exceptionnel.Elle est très gentil et réactif, répondant rapidement à tous mes messages De plus, elle m'a permis de venir avant l'heure du check-In à, ce qui a été un geste très apprécié. Un grand merci à Mariem pour son hospitalité et pour avoir rendu mon séjour si agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, c'est un véritable havre de paix !

Great location at Lac 2, walking distance from many good restaurants, grocery, and very close to many embassies. The apartment was big enough, had modern furniture, clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with connecting the internet to the TV, as soon as we messaged Kamel on airbnb he sent someone to fix it despite it was night time. Great communication and responsiveness. Will definitely book it next time we are in Tunis

Excellent sur tous les points. Logement dans un quartier populaire, calme et très bien entretenu. Vraiment proche de toute commodité, café, super marché…. Communication au top, le logement est tenu par une famille adorable. Il y a toujours quelqu’un pour vous répondre.

L'appart est vraiment impeccable, chaque détail est soigneusement travaillé à la perfection, on a bien profité pour nous reposer et recharger. La résidence est propre et bien sécurisée dans un quartier très calme. Quant à Mr Banna il était vraiment très professionnel et très acceuillant. J'y retournerai sans hésitation et je le recommande fortement !

Very nice and accommodating host. I had a late night flight and Rami managed to get the key to me at the airport. He checked on me several times to make sure everything was to my liking. Highly recommend 🙌🏽

Spacious and clean apartment. The area is lively with many cafes, restaurants etc. There are both taxis and public transport available in the area. However the building is quiet. The apartment had everything we needed: bedsheets were fresh, central heating is very efficient at warming the place if cold, the washing mashing is super useful with soap available too, there is a clothing iron, bathroom modern and clean. We had a small issue with the wifi and Ameni helped us quickly, she was generally responsive and helpful. Finding the place is not super easy because the provided road name is not the one of the entrance door, it just took some extra minutes but we found it. When you are nearby, search for the supermarket written in the description, the entrance of the building is on street left to the supermarket (when facing the supermarket).

When I needed anything the host Mohammed was always there promptly. The apartment was very clean and equipped with necessary household items. The balcony was nice and the view as well

L’appartement était encore mieux que ce qu’on imaginait : entièrement équipé, super propre, avec tout le nécessaire dans une résidence calme et sécurisée pour passer un agréable séjour. Hana notre hôte est super gentille et arrangeante. Elle nous a même laissé la dernière journée libre pour qu’on puisse partir tard, ce qu’on a vraiment apprécié. Je recommande vivement et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir. Merci pour tout Hana :)

Une nouvelle découverte et mon nouvelle endroit quand je viens en Tunisie au top rien à dire, j étais à 10 minutes en voiture de tout les endroit favoris, tout les équipement sont nickel et surtout la communication avec les hôtes au top ! A très vite ♥️

I had a wonderful stay at Amina’s flat! She was extremely quick to respond to any questions and always willing to offer support whenever needed. The flat itself is in a fantastic location, very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Amina’s hospitality truly made a difference — she made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

Nice and clean. Comfortable place to stay…just be careful not to lock yourself out on the balcony 😅

Logement super propre et bien entretenu. Les points bonus sont la salle de sport, la piscine, la machine à laver, la baignoire, le grand lit qui est bien confortable et le fait qu'il y avait quelques produits d'hygiene déjà sur place. Quartier et résidence sécurisée avec des agents de surveillance à l'entrée. On a vraiment apprécié la réactivité de l'hôte et les explications en vidéo qui étaient très claires. On recommande !
